Mexican man charged with illegal re-entry

HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Mexican man was charged Wednesday with illegal re-entry into the United States. The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Philadelphia.

Antonio Figueroa-Zamora, 29, who was living in Stroudsburg, was originally removed from the country in December 2010. He faces two years in prison if convicted.

A defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court.
