ERO Philadelphia removed Denilson Orlinten Avila Gutierrez, a citizen of Honduras with a final order of removal, to Honduras on July 29. Avila is a foreign fugitive wanted by law enforcement authorities in Honduras for homicide.
Intae Yang, 46, is a citizen of South Korea wanted in his home country for embezzlement. Yang was admitted into the United States through Los Angeles, California, and failed to depart under the terms of his visa.
