Ryan Chiles of Hampton, Va., was sentenced Feb. 11, 2011 to 102 months in prison for engaging in a child exploitation enterprise. Elicio Moctezuma-Cisneros, a previously convicted Mexican national illegally in the United States who conspired to harbor other illegal aliens, was sentenced to nearly four years in prison on Thursday as the result of an investigation conducted by U.S. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
