James R. Lambert , 41, of Lake St. Louis, was indicted June 28 on two counts of production of child pornography, one count of receiving child pornography and one count of transporting minors across state lines to engage in criminal sexual activity.

Michael Ray Guillory, 67, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Amos L. Mazzant.

The Jamaican citizen originally entered the United States at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York as a lawful permanent resident in October 1981.

Using an organized, methodical investigative approach to the identification, location and arrest of criminal noncitizens, the Arkansas Fugitive Operations Team and probation officers from Arkansas Community Corrections identified 16 individuals and arrested 15 of them.

The United States removes foreign nationals – according to U.S. law – who lack a lawful basis to stay in the United States. This policy applies to all noncitizens regardless of nationality.

According to court documents, David Alexander Gonzalez-Diaz, 24, of Santa Rosa, Guatemala, was transporting 14 undocumented noncitizens north of Van Horn, Texas, on Oct. 29, 2021, when he lost control of his vehicle, crashing and ejecting several occupants. Four of the migrants were killed and six were critically injured. Gonzalez-Diaz has remained in federal custody since his arrest the day of the crash.

ERO Boston removed Luiz Fernando Moreira de Assuncao Oliveira to Brazil on June 23. Moreira, a 39-year-old unlawfully present citizen of Brazil, was wanted for convictions of homicide and concealment and was sentenced to incarceration in Brazil.

ICE's ERO Denver officers apprehended 16 noncitizens convicted of crimes with a sexual basis requiring them to register as sex offenders in the state of Colorado during a local enforcement effort from June 20 through 28.

HSI San Juan special agents assigned to the Caribbean Corridor Strike Force, working in conjunction with the DEA, CBP's AMO San Juan Marine Unit, and the Puerto Rico Police Bureau seized approximately 328.9 kilograms of cocaine with an estimated street value of $4.9 million.

According to court documents, Joseph Zoll, 63, of Sanford, used an online chat and webcam application from his home in Maine to direct an individual in the Philippines to livestream a video of herself sexually abusing a prepubescent child.

Lauretta Payce, 61, of Fontana, California, and Andrea Romo, 41, of Gardena, California, were convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

Acting Special Agent in Charge of HSI Kansas City Taekuk Cho and U.S. Attorney Steven Russell announced that Jason C. Olderbak, 35, of Grand Island, was sentenced June 21 for unlawful possession of official U.S. insignia following an HSI investigation.

Justin W. Hardin, 46, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Bough to 27 years and three months in federal prison without parole.

ERO Boston removed Jaconias Rosa Pereira, 51, to Brazil on June 23. Pereira, an unlawfully present citizen and national of Brazil was wanted for homicide there.

Merle G. Daniels, 44, was charged in a three-count indictment alleging that he used a victim under the age of 16 to produce child pornography from Nov. 9 to Dec. 9, 2022.

Keenon Green, who used social media to try to recruit someone he believed was a 16-year-old female into prostitution, was sentenced in federal court to 144 months in prison on June 14.

Jorge Luis Guaraca Villa, 30, was flown from Alexandria, Louisiana, on a flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit to José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Four Mexican nationals were arrested yesterday in Houston, Marshall and San Antonio, Texas, for their alleged roles in a tractor-trailer smuggling incident that resulted in 53 deceased and 11 injured undocumented individuals on June 27, 2022.

ERO Boston removed a wanted foreign fugitive to Brazil on June 23. Daniel Domingos, 26, is wanted in Brazil for drug trafficking.

According to court documents, Emmanuel Samuel, 39, was part of a group of fraudsters who sent personalized letters to elderly victims in the United States, falsely claiming that they represented a bank in Spain.

Alfredo Velazquez-Hernandez, an unlawfully present citizen of Mexico, was sentenced by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri’s Southern Division to 36 months in the Federal Bureau of Prisons followed by three years of supervised release for one count of transfer of obscene material to a minor following an HSI Springfield, joint law enforcement partner investigation.

The man is subject to an active foreign criminal warrant in Jalisco, Mexico, issued on April 4, 2013, for aggravated homicide.
