Julio Cesar Cardenas was sentenced Wednesday to four life sentences in federal prison for his involvement in leading a drug trafficking organization that had close ties to the Gulf Cartel and delivered drugs throughout 12 states.

Lawrence H. Dorman, aka "Howie, " 42, engaged in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old female. Throughout the course of the relationship, Dorman produced videos of himself engaged in sexual acts with the minor.
The Honorable Mexican Attorney General Jesus Murillo Karam attended the event and provided opening remarks on the importance of collaboration in this initiative.
The event was attended by law enforcement and government agency partners, non-governmental organizations and others, including U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials, special agents, attorneys, historians and analysts who have supported the mission.
