A Mexican national in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) passed away Tuesday evening at Desert Springs Hospital just hours after he was turned over to ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD).
