Faisal Hashime of Springfield, Va., was sentenced to 180 months in prison for posing online as an attractive teen girl to entice minor boys to produce sexually explicit images, several of which he sent to others online. The sentencing follows an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Washington, D.C.

Robert Fenn, 27, of Herndon, Va., was indicted by a federal grand jury today accused of receiving and possessing child pornography. Fenn taught at Poplar Tree Elementary School in Chantilly, Va., prior to his arrest on related state charges in June.

Jeremy Hogenkamp, 36, of Viroqua, Wis., was sentenced Dec. 4 by U.S. District Judge Barbara B. Crabb, Western District of Wisconsin. Hogenkamp pleaded guilty to the charges Sept. 25 and has remained in custody since then.

Patrick Mergen pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of producing and possessing child pornography, following an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). HSI special agents received a lead from the Victoria, Australia, police indicating that Mergen was trading child pornography with a pedophile in Australia.

Scott Allen Rupert pleaded guilty Wednesday for attempted coercion and enticement of a minor. The plea is the result of an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations. This is the second time Rupert has been arrested and charged with online child enticement offenses. He was arrested in April 2006 in a similar online sting operation.

Robert Mucha was charged Tuesday with luring a teenage boy to Pennsylvania for sex as well as possessing child pornography on his home computer. Using a web-based chat service, Mucha communicated regularly with a number of individuals who shared his sexual fascination with child cannibalism. He also admitted that he has touched hundreds of boys.

Rogers admitted that he had been downloading child pornography since the mid-1990s, and that he had images and videos of sex acts, bondage and other sadistic acts involving children.

Isaac Heredia Luciano appeared in federal court Tuesday, and pleaded guilty to one count of transporting and shipping child pornography, He admitted that videos he downloaded ranged from "diaper porn" to toddlers to teens, and that he possessed videos that included bondage and other sadistic acts involving minors.
