Camden Chase Plumb, a 43-year-old resident of Corpus Christi, was sentenced April 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to 190 months in federal prison and 10 years of supervised release following completion of his prison term.
Nathaniel Hibdon, 31, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Gary A. Fenner to 10 years in federal prison without parole. The court also ordered Hibdon to pay a $5,000 special assessment under the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act.
According to court documents, Charles Howard, 41, sexually abused and exploited a 15-year-old minor female in his care and threatened to kill her and himself if she disclosed the abuse.
Sentenced was Stephen Shipps, 69, of Ann Arbor, Michigan. In sentencing Shipps, United States District Judge Denise Page Hood also ordered Shipps to pay restitution to his victim in the amount of $120,000.00.
Sean McClanahan, 51, of Dearborn, Michigan, was sentenced today to 15 years in federal prison on charges of distributing child pornography, announced acting Special Agent in Charge James C. Harris, III, ICE HSI Detroit.
Dennis Tyler Murray, 32, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool to 20 years in federal prison without parole.
Jahara William Byfield, 23, of Sunrise, Florida, was a U.S. Army soldier stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona for training when he was arrested on Aug. 28, 2020.
According to the investigation, from April 2020 through February 2021, Ruben Verastigui, 29, was active in an online group devoted to trading child pornography and discussing child sexual abuse. Verastigui shared child pornography videos with another member of the group and made numerous comments about sexually abusing children.
Michael Rivera, 31, will remain in custody pending a preliminary and detention hearing scheduled for April 12.
Armando Abel Gonzalez, 40, was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison Thursday for production of child pornography, following an investigation by ICE's HSI.
Eduardo Alcala, 43, was arrested on Aug. 2, 2021 and pleaded guilty to the charges on Nov. 4, 2021. According to information presented at the sentencing proceeding, Alcala sent a Facebook friend request to an undercover federal agent who told him that she was 13 years old.
In addition to her 262-month sentence, Monica Bradley, 62, must also serve a life term of supervised release for production and possession of child pornography. There is no parole in the federal system.
Jayden Kusiek Wolf, 22, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, made an initial appearance March 25 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Daneta Wollmann, where he was publicly indicted on two counts of production of child pornography. Wolf also faces multiple charges at the state level for related crimes.
Terry Lee Miksell, 65, was found guilty on Tuesday of one count of producing child pornography and one count of using the internet and a cell phone to induce a child to engage in sexual activity.
Mark Snyder-Stonebraker, 73, of Sierra Vista, was arrested by law enforcement following a search warrant at his a residence near the 3700 block of Choctaw Dr.
Marcos Daniel Gomez, 21, from Brownsville, was sentenced March 30 in federal court to 192 months in federal prison to be followed by 30 years of supervised release. At the hearing, the court heard additional information including a statement from the victim’s mother detailing the pain and overwhelming sadness brought about by Gomez’ abuse.
Robert Gasper Peri, a 56-year-old former resident of Houston who had access to children for more than 30 years as a music teacher, pleaded guilty to the charges Dec. 9, 2020.
Donald Thomas Dehnert, a 50-year-old resident of Kingwood, Texas, and former HCSO sheriff’s deputy, was sentenced in Harris County District Court after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography.
Joshua Welch, 50, a resident of Orange, Texas, was sentenced March 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Welch pleaded guilty to the charges on Sep. 20, 2021.
Carlos Daniel Uribe-Garza, 23, from Edinburg, Texas was sentenced March 21 to 121 months, followed by five years of supervised release. He will have to comply with numerous requirements designed to restrict his access to children.
Oscar Hinojosa, 36, of Mexico residing in Pharr, Texas, was sentenced to 210 months in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release. Hinojosa, a noncitizen, is set to face removal proceedings following completion of his sentence.
James Crowder, 78, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Brian C. Wimes on Thursday, March 17, to 18 years and four months in federal prison without parole. The court also sentenced Crowder to spend the rest of his life on supervised release following incarceration.
Mark John Millman, 37, a citizen of Great Britain and a legal alien resident, and his wife and co-defendant, Tara Sau Millman, 42, were sentenced in separate hearings before U.S. District Judge Brian C. Wimes. Mark and Tara Millman each were sentenced to 35 years in federal prison without parole. The court also sentenced them to spend the rest of their lives on supervised release following incarceration.
According to evidence presented during the trial, in December 2018, Michael McShan, 28, met a minor female (MV-1) on a social media site called “MeetMe,” and then began communicating with MV-1 via Snapchat, cellphone calls and text messages.
Aliyah George Simpson, 26, pleaded guilty on June 2, 2021, to five counts of production of child pornography and one count of transportation of pornography, following a joint investigation by U.S. HSI Dallas and the Flower Mound Police Department.
