A Silver Spring, Md., man, Carlton Williams, was sentenced Monday to five years in federal prison for receipt of child pornography, following an investigation by ICE's HSI and the NCIS.

ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested Victor M. Rivera-Morales in San Juan Friday for production of child pornography after he harassed a 15-year-old female to send him naked photos of herself via text messages. Rivera-Morales' wife discovered the photos on his cell phone and recognized the female in the pictures.

Angel Luis Rivera, 41, pleaded guilty after evidence presented at the guilty plea hearing showed that on a number of occasions between 2009 and 2010 he sexually molested three children under the age of 14 in order to create pictures and videos of that conduct.

The complaint alleges that between May 1, 2011 and April 1, Robert McChester Jr., 25, began communicating with a girl he knew to be 15 years old. Shortly thereafter, the victim allegedly made an outcry to medical professionals regarding the inappropriate relationship she had been engaged in with a Corpus Christi Police Department (CCPD) officer.

John Mark Felton, 48, was convicted of traveling from Boston to Anchorage in November 2009 to meet a grandfather and engage in the planned sexual abuse and rape of a boy. He was met by law enforcement and arrested. At the time of his arrest, investigators determined Felton had amassed a collection of more than 1,200 images and at least 70 videos of boys and girls being sexually abused.

Michael Scott Norris, a former Oregon youth pastor, was sentenced Friday to 25 years in prison and lifetime supervised release for production of child pornography following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

An English teacher at a private high school in Irvine was arrested Thursday night on suspicion of allegedly sending sexually explicit photos and text messages to a female student at the school.
