Thomas O'Brien of Portsmouth, R.I. was sentenced Monday to 72 months in federal prison followed by lifetime supervised release for receiving and possessing more than 1,100 images and videos of child pornography.
Lawrence Labbe, 46, of LaGrange, Maine, pleaded guilty on Feb. 25, 2011 to unlawfully transporting child pornography in interstate commerce using a computer.
Orange County sex offender faces 26-year sentence after pleading guilty to child pornography charges
A previously convicted sex offender from Huntington Beach, Calif., pleaded guilty Thursday to production of child pornography and agreed to serve a 26-year prison term for filming an 8-year-old girl engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Bryan Ross Spears pleaded guilty Thursday to receiving videos depicting child pornography over the Internet, following an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
Jeff Coon, 36, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., possessed child pornography videos on two computer hard drives and two disks at his residence in Niagara Falls in April 2009. Richard Mullen of Dickinson, N.D, who pleaded guilty to charges of receiving child pornography, was sentenced on Monday to nine years in federal prison. This investigation was led by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). He had downloaded more than 16,000 images depicting children being sexually abused.
Richard D. Crisman, 27, of Rio Rancho, N.M., was arraigned on a six-count indictment charging him with six counts of child pornography offenses. The indictment charges Crisman with three counts of receiving a visual depiction of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and three counts of possessing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Enrique Estrada Quintana faces at least 15 years and up to 30 years in federal prison at sentencing. A sentencing date has not been set.
