Following a joint investigation led by ICE's HSI, Christopher A. Pearson, 29, of Roanoke was sentenced today to 84 months of federal incarceration and 10 years of supervised release on charges related to his possession of child pornography.

Stephen Sims of Palm Springs, Calif., was sentenced today by Senior U.S. District Court Judge Gustave Diamond in the Western District of Pennsylvania to 17 years in prison for engaging in a child exploitation enterprise.

Five south Texas men, who were convicted of sexual offences against children, were arrested this week by officers with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in an operation targeting convicted criminal aliens.

James Dennis Wickline, 54, of San Diego, had been employed as a regional director for an office cleaning company. He was sentenced here Wednesday by U.S. District Court Judge M. James Lorenz. In addition, Judge Lorenz sentenced the defendant to a 12-year period of supervised release following his prison term.

A former local Boys and Girls Club director was sentenced to 80 months in federal prison on Wednesday, following a child pornography investigation by special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

Shelton Peter Fruge, 35, of Lake Charles, was sentenced to 60 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release for production of child pornography, to run consecutively with his state sentence.

The grand jury alleges that Jonathan Binns of Shenandoah, Pa., produced images of child pornography and used a computer to download and distribute images of child pornography between February and October 2010.

The complaint alleges that late in the evening on Jan. 10, 2010, Daniel Feneis, 24, from Sears, Mich., and a 14-year-old girl identified as Jane Doe in the complaint, left Michigan together and intending to start "a new life" in St. Louis, Mo. Feneis and Jane Doe had been involved in a sexual relationship in Michigan for about six months.

Jeremy Guzewicz, 28, of Parkville, Md., was sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexually exploiting a child to produce child pornography as the result of an investigation conducted by U.S. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Guzewicz had portrayed himself on an internet social networking site that is marketed towards teenagers...

In addition, Scott H. Denney, 48, must register as a sex offender and pay $10,000 in restitution to the victim of the "Vicky" series. He was ordered to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons at the end of February.

David Ivins, 34, of Feasterville, Pa., was sentenced January 24 to 72 months in prison for possession of child pornography. Ivins was charged May 7, 2009, with possession of more than 600 images of child pornography and Ivins was convicted by a jury in a case investigated by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

Kenneth S. King, 63, of Fort Worth, Texas, who was ordered to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons by the end of next month, must also register as a sex offender and pay a $5000 fine.

James Degelau was arrested in 2008 when trying to cross into Canada from Michigan and was found to be in possession of a laptop computer containing images of child pornography.

Daniel Toler, 49, collected graphic images and videos of prepubescent children engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Five local convicted criminal sex offenders were arrested on Wednesday by officers with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in an operation targeting convicted criminal aliens.

Paul Gary Pinkston, 27, of Glen Burnie, Md., was sentenced to 20 months in prison, followed by 15 years of supervised release, for possession of child pornography. On May 4, 2009, special agents with ICE HSI executed a search warrant at Pinkston's residence, after an investigation showed that he subscribed to a fee-based child pornography website.

Rafael Luis Mieles, 25, of Baltimore, pleaded guilty today to distributing child pornography in connection with an online ad he posted seeking to have sex with a father and son.

Gustavo G. Olvera, 37, was arrested on Jan. 6 on charges of child enticement and receiving child pornography outlined in a federal criminal complaint. A federal grand jury in Fort Worth indicted Olvera Jan. 12 for those offenses.

Jamie Hall, 37, a tech sergeant stationed at Dover Air Force Base, was sentenced to 72 months in prison for receipt of child pornography, in violation of federal law. Hall also was sentenced to 5 years of supervised release, which will commence following his prison term. He also will be required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction...

Donald Earl Marsh, 62, was sentenced Jan. 12 by Senior U.S. District Judge Hayden Head to 216 months in federal prison without parole, to be followed by a lifetime term of supervised release, a $25,000 fine and registering as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Timothy Sorrell, 62, was arrested Tuesday by the Bay County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) Criminal and Special Investigations Division (SID) and special agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) on charges relating to the possession of child pornography and marijuana.

Steven Tadlock, 45, was sentenced to 72 months in prison on child pornography and obstruction of justice charges Jan. 11. Tadlock distributed images over the Internet to other users and engaged in chats with other users about how to "groom" children for sexual activity.

Timothy Dwayne Glenn, 44, of Bakersfield, is scheduled to be sentenced Mary 21. He faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison.

On Jan. 7, 2011, the Mesa Police Department arrested Brandon K. Jones in connection with numerous child sexual misconduct crimes, including sexual conduct with a minor and sexual exploitation of a minor.

A 36-year-old Lake Forest, Calif., woman was taken into custody here Friday by investigators with the Orange County Sheriff's Department (OCSD) on suspicion of child molestation and rape of a 13-year-old Maryland boy.
