Billy Eggleston, 50, of St. Albans, received the sentence Aug. 15 at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia in Charleston. Eggleston must also register as a sex offender.
Jose Luis Lara, 27, of Cotulla, was ordered by U.S. District Judge Marina Garcia Marmolejo to serve a 20-year prison term — the maximum allowed under the statute. In handing down the sentence, Marmolejo noted the extremely disturbing nature of Lara’s acts toward a minor child, remarking that she would have given him more time if she could.
William George Price, 65, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, faces a maximum statutory penalty of 10 years in prison following his guilty plea.
According to the HSI-led investigation, Ana Patricia Landaverde, 47, a citizen of El Salvador; Jeffrey Dean Vaughan, 64, of Williamsburg; George William Evans, 68, of Midlothian; and Salvador Jeronimo-Sis, a citizen of Guatemala, engaged in a conspiracy to harbor, transport and benefit from employing undocumented noncitizens at their commercial laundry business, Northstar Holdings of Virginia, LLC, d/b/a Magnolia Cleaning Services, LLC.
Deira Alan Glover, 33, of Harlingen, was sentenced by 357th State District Court Judge Juan Magallanes to 480 months of imprisonment in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Correctional Institutions Division. Glover pleaded guilty Aug. 7, prior to jury selection.
Jeffrey A. Knight, 32, pleaded guilty in federal court Aug. 8 to recording his sexual abuse of a seven-year-old victim and sharing a video of the abuse online.
The HSI C3's Child Exploitation Investigations Unit completed Operation Renewed Hope last week, resulting in the generation of 311 probable identifications of previously unknown victims, including 14 positive contacts and several confirmed victim rescues from active abuse.
Former Maryland youth football coach sentenced to 40 years for producing child sexual abuse material
Moshe Michael Imel, 53 of Owings, received the 40-year prison sentence Aug. 3 for two counts of production of child pornography involving two minor victims.
Elexis Kiera Sidney, 29, was sentenced in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to serve a total of 480 months in federal prison for the sexual exploitation of a child, distributing child pornography, receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
HSI San Diego, the FBI’s San Diego Field Office and the San Diego Human Trafficking Task Force, in partnership with state and local agencies, identified and located 15 victims of sex trafficking during Operation Cross Country, a nationwide enforcement campaign.

David Edward King, 59, of Ellicott City, Maryland, pleaded guilty Feb. 14, and the judge sentenced him to 168 months in prison followed by 30 years of supervised release.
On July 13, special agents with HSI San Juan and PRCACTF arrested Edgardo Romero-Montalvo, 37, of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, in Florida. The arrest follows a federal indictment accusing him of child exploitation crimes.
Luke Allen Gregory, a 55-year-old resident of Hitchcock, Texas, was sentenced in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to serve 270, 120, and 120 months for the production, possession and receipt of child pornography, respectively, as well as another 120 months for the transfer of obscene material to a minor.
The 41-year-old Honduran national was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor in Montgomery County, Maryland, in 2021.
James R. Lambert , 41, of Lake St. Louis, was indicted June 28 on two counts of production of child pornography, one count of receiving child pornography and one count of transporting minors across state lines to engage in criminal sexual activity.
Michael Ray Guillory, 67, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Amos L. Mazzant.
According to court documents, Joseph Zoll, 63, of Sanford, used an online chat and webcam application from his home in Maine to direct an individual in the Philippines to livestream a video of herself sexually abusing a prepubescent child.
Justin W. Hardin, 46, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Bough to 27 years and three months in federal prison without parole.
