According to documents filed in his case, Nicholas Daniel Glass, 34, of San Angelo, Texas, used his cellular telephone and a laptop computer to possess and access images of one or more minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Matthew Anthony Keller, 24, of Watauga, Texas, made his initial appearance in federal court July 5 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L. Cureton, who ordered that he remain in custody pending a detention hearing set for July 6.
Joel Alexander Wright, 23, appeared in federal court Friday morning. In addition to the prison term, the judge also imposed the added condition that Wright will be subject to lifetime supervision.
Following a probable cause and detention hearing Wednesday in federal court, U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey L. Cureton ordered that Mark Stutheit, 59, remain in federal custody. Stutheit is a teacher at Reinhardt Elementary School in Dallas.
Erik Bilal Khan, 36, of Las Cruces, New Mexico, was also ordered to lifetime supervised release, and he must register as a sex offender after completing his sentence.
According to documents filed in the case, between about January and April 2014, Bryan Kendall Pittsinger, 39, of Arlington, Texas, knowingly used a minor female (MV1) to engage in sexually explicit conduct that he photographed at his Arlington residence.
Marcos Daniel Chairez, 26, of Lubbock, Texas, has been in custody since his arrest on other charges in October 2015. Chairez pleaded guilty in March 2016 to one count of transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity.
Lesley James McNeal, 53, of San Francisco, appeared before U.S. District Judge William Alsup. McNeal pleaded guilty in March to one count of producing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
Rogelio Alfaro Carrillo, 27, was sentenced June 24 by U.S. District Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos to 72 months in federal prison. He was further ordered to serve 10 years of supervised release after he completes his prison term.
Marek P. Gacierz, 34, of Chicago, was convicted June 22 in Kane County by Circuit Judge Donald M. Tegeler Jr., of involuntary sexual servitude of a minor, traveling to meet a minor, and grooming.
Adrian Jaimes, 21, from Nekoosa, Wisconsin, is charged with using and persuading a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing child pornography.
Marcus B. Fifer, 44, of Springfield, was sentenced June 20 by U.S. District Judge Sue E. Myerscough, Central District of Illinois, to 420 months in federal prison, to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release upon his release from prison.
Donald Alvin Tolbert, 47, entered a not guilty plea to the superseding indictment during his arraignment June 20 hearing. He remains in federal custody pending trial, which is set for Sept. 19.
Steven Edward Brooks, 50, of Williston, North Dakota, was sentenced by US District Judge Daniel L. Hovland to serve 14 years in federal prison following his conviction on one count of receiving child pornography. Brooks had previously pleaded guilty to the charge.
According to documents filed in the case, between about Nov. 30 and Dec. 8, 2014, Richard Grayson, 46, of Dallas, used the internet and file-sharing software to share and transmit image and video files depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
D’mar Dwain Jennings Conway Conway, 28, was indicted Thursday based on a criminal complaint originally filed last month. According to court documents, during a search of Conway’s Fruitvale neighborhood residence HSI special agents seized a video camera and a digital storage card for that device.
Albert Lee Mitchell, 69, was originally indicted in 2012 following a probe by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). According to the indictment, between April 16, 2012, and Nov. 5, 2012, Mitchell received images of child pornography via the internet.
Paul Charles Wilkins, 70, of Littleport in East Cambridgeshire, England, a dual citizen of the United States and United Kingdom, was named in a four-count superseding indictment that now includes charges of transporting and possessing child pornography.
Joseph Aaron McClendon, 39, was sentenced Thursday by U.S. District Judge Troy L. Nunley. Assistant U.S. Attorney Amy Schuller Hitchcock prosecuted the case.
Timothy Raymond Schmidt, of Cincinnati, is charged with knowingly using, persuading, inducing, enticing or coercing two minor children in Idaho to engage in sexually explicit activity in order to produce visual images and live visual depictions of that conduct.
Randy Ray Wesson, 29, from Hurst, Texas, pleaded guilty in February 2015 to one count of possessing and one count of receiving child pornography.
William Lee Niver, 48, appeared before U.S. District Judge Gray Miller June 14 and entered a plea of guilty to one count of producing child pornography, two counts of distributing child pornography, and one count of possessing child pornography.
At the change-of-plea hearing, James Russell Wilson, 32, of Tulsa, admitted that, from October 2014 to December 2014, he knowingly received, and attempted to receive, visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Zachary E. Krueger, 33, of Emporia, Kansas, was sentenced following his guilty plea to one count of distributing child pornography. He admitted that he distributed child pornography via the internet using an encrypted peer-to-peer network.
David Alexander Battle II, 24, was charged by superseding indictment Feb. 11, and a federal jury convicted him of the charges March 10.
