According to the indictment, Bradley J. Ames, 35, and a co-conspirator paid between $100 to $650 to the minor boys in return for being photographed and videotaped while engaged in various sexual acts, according to the indictment.
Rosa Linda Ganceres, 53, of Mathis, entered a guilty plea June 8 to sexual exploitation of a child, otherwise known as production child pornography.
Saralyn Ann Proschko, 47, of Victoria, was charged along with her boyfriend – David Ray McGee, 48, of Wallis, Texas
Kounzong Saebphang, 26, of Laos, is charged with two felony criminal counts. He was arrested June 1 at the Wat Lao Buddhist Monastery in Riverside where he resided as a monk. The arrest came following the execution of a federal search warrant at that location.
Derek “Swede” Godfrey, 46, formerly of Rocklin, is charged with one count of possession of child pornography. The case is the product of an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
According to court documents, agents from HSI determined that Alan Kenneth Thompson, Jr., 33, of Crystal River, had been using a mobile app to post and receive images depicting child pornography online. The agents tracked the activity to Thompson’s residence.
Actor Mark Wayne Salling, best known for his role as Noah Puckerman on the television show “Glee,” was charged Friday in a federal indictment with receiving and possessing child pornography on his laptop computer and a flash memory drive.
Jorge Betancourt, 37, of Robstown, Texas, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Hayden Head to 180 months in prison. In addition, Betancourt must register as a sex offender, and serve 15 years of supervised release after he completes his prison term.
Kelly Dan Williams Jr., 62, has been in custody since his arrest in June 2015 on a related federal criminal complaint. He was indicted by a federal grand jury in Fort Worth in July 2015 on two counts of sexual exploiting children; he pleaded guilty to that indictment in January 2016.
Michael Quinn, 33, of Melbourne, was charged in a criminal complaint filed Monday in federal court with traveling to the U.S. for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with a minor.
On Nov. 20, 2015, a one-count information was filed charging Cody Mcguire, 23, with possessing child pornography of a prepubescent minor under the age of 12.
Michael Lindsay, 56, of San Jose, was convicted of traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct; engaging in illicit sexual conduct in foreign places; attempted witness tampering; and obstruction of justice. Following a four-day trial, the jury found that Lindsay traveled from San Francisco to Manila intending to have sex with a minor and had sex with a minor while there.
Christopher David Johnston, 39, was arrested by HSI special agents as he attempted to illegally enter Canada. Johnston made his initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Seattle Friday where he is charged by complaint with attempted enticement of a minor.
Leon Lussier, 49, of Bowling Green, was arrested by criminal complaint Sept. 1, 2015, and charged by grand jury indictment Sept. 16, 2015.
Jamie Jack Collins, 40, has been in custody since his arrest in April 2015 on those charges.
Dustin Clay Trail, 35, of Jefferson City, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stephen R. Bough to five years in federal prison.
Anthony Lamarr Sims, 21, aka “Mar Mar,” of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was sentenced to serve 14 years in prison on one count of sex trafficking children.
Jordan Monroe, 50, of Warwick, Rhode Island., was charged in a federal criminal complaint with receiving and distributing child pornography, and possessing and accessing with intent to view child pornography after HSI special agents allegedly discovered tens of thousands of computer files containing images and videos of alleged child pornography, on numerous computers seized from Monroe’s residence.
Stephen J. Castilleja, 27, of Prosser, was taken into custody following the execution of a federal search warrant at his residence. During that search, investigators discovered nude photographs depicting what appeared to be a minor child known to Castilleja.
Glen Kevin Winfrey, 33, of Yuma, was sentenced Wednesday and will be subject to lifetime supervision following his release from prison, including the requirement that he register as a sex offender. Winfrey pleaded guilty Aug. 11, 2015, to two counts of production of child pornography.
According to evidence presented at trial in February, Juan Martin Torres, 28, of Firebaugh, who served as the director of the Firebaugh Boys and Girls Club, sent a boy messages over Facebook offering to shortcut the boy’s community service requirement if he agreed to sexual acts with Torres. The boy reported the messages to law enforcement.
Misty Dawn Kelley, 25, from Abilene, was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for producing child pornography, and aiding and abetting.
