James McGlothlin, 39, of Portland, is charged in a criminal complaint with one count of producing child pornography.

According to documents filed in his case, in March 2015, Marcos Antonio Gamez, 23, of Sonora, engaged in sexually explicit conduct with a minor female, and he used his cellphone to produce a video of that conduct. Gamez also persuaded this girl to recruit another girl to join them in sexually explicit conduct, but this second girl declined to participate.

Andrew Clint McDaniels, 30, of Hugoton, Kansas, pleaded guilty to one count of producing child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography.

Charles R. Burge, 36, of Kansas City, Missouri, was sentenced after pleading guilty to the following charges: three counts of first-degree statutory rape, one count of sexually exploiting a minor, one count of enticing a child, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

John Tyler Gariglietti, 32, of Pittsburg, Kansas, pleaded guilty to one count of distributing child pornography.

Robert Mark Haugland, II, 25, of San Angelo, Texas, was sentenced Friday to 10 years in federal prison, following his guilty plea in October 2015 to one count of transporting child pornography.

Michael Cleo Ivy, 37, of Abilene, Texas, was sentenced Thursday to 121 months in federal prison, following his guilty plea in July 2015 to an indictment charging one count of possessing prepubescent child pornography.

Francis De Jesus-Falero, 47, of San Juan, was arrested for attempted sexual enticement of a minor and attempted production of child pornography.

Robert Kirkland, 48, of Corpus Christi, was sentenced Feb. 10 by U.S. District Hayden Head to a total of 324 months in federal prison.

David Anaya Garcia, 32, was employed as a janitor in a Las Cruces elementary school at the time he committed the crimes.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix on Tuesday ordered Jason Tremblay, 28, of Ledyard, Connecticut, released on a $50,000 unsecured bond. He was first charged based on a criminal complaint Feb. 4, and then indicted by a federal grand jury Feb. 9.

Michael Lee Martinez, 46, of Galveston, was sentenced to 360 months for each of three counts of producing child pornography, which are to be served concurrently.

Daniel Lajoie, Jr., 46, of Bowdoinham, Maine was sentenced to 57 months in prison on one count of possession of child pornography. Lajoie pleaded guilty to the charge on October 8, 2015.

Juan Martin Torres, 28, of Firebaugh, was found guilty on one count of enticing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity. The case was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.

James Peyton Busbee Jr., 30, was sentenced Feb. 2 to 360 months in prison by Senior U.S. District Judge John D. Rainey. At the hearing, an HSI special agent testified that Busbee used a pipe laced with methamphetamine during the assault of a child.

Jason Christopher Pauer, 45, of Seattle, was arrested by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in December 2013 at Silver Star ski area in British Columbia, Canada.

Robert “Bob” Warden Phillips, 65, of Lake Forest, made his initial appearance in federal court Monday and pleaded not guilty to the charges. He was released on a $50,000 bond pending trial, which is slated to begin March 22.

Joel A. Wright, 23, of Columbus, Ohio, is charged in a criminal complaint with two felony counts, including travelling with the intent to engage in a sexual act with a minor; and attempting to engage in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign country within the Southern District of California.

Through the RGV CEITF, local and federal law enforcement agencies are pooling their resources to jointly investigate all crimes committed against children in the Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Kurtis William Johnson, 26, and Tara Malinda Ridley, 26, both of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, pleaded guilty before U. S. District Judge Ralph R Erickson. Johnson pleaded guilty to two counts of sex trafficking children and one count of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. Ridley pleaded guilty to one count of interstate travel in aid of prostitution.

Paul L. Sipeer, 65, of Duenweg, Missouri, was charged in a criminal complaint alleging he received child pornography via the Internet. Sipeer had his initial court appearance Jan. 27 and remains in federal custody pending a detention hearing Feb. 2.

Cody Lee Davidson, 18, of Raytown, Missouri, was charged in a criminal complaint filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Kansas City. Davidson was arrested Jan. 26 and had his initial court appearance the following day.

The 10 men were arrested in the Jan. 20-21 operation on state charges of attempted trafficking of a minor for sexual servitude, attempted solicitation of a child for prostitution, and attempted sexual assault of a child.

Anthony Lamarr Sims, 21, aka “Mar Mar,” pled guilty before U. S. District Judge Ralph R. Erickson to one count of sex trafficking of children.
