Austin A. Burns, 21, of Huron, South Dakota, was sentenced Jan. 25 by U.S. District Judge Colin S. Bruce to 22 ½ years (270 months) in federal prison. Burns pleaded guilty Sept. 21, 2015, to one count of sexually exploiting a minor.
Yarel Franco-Gonzalez, 22, was arrested in Guaynabo when he was being interviewed by HSI special agents regarding the allegation.
Calvin Nesmith, 28, of Rockport, Texas, was sentenced by Senior U.S. District Judge Janis Graham Jack to 360 months in federal prison.
Jeffery Scott Evans, 51, of Blaine, Tennessee, was sentenced to 96 months in federal prison for traveling to Bloomington to have illicit sexual conduct with an underage girl. Evans has previously pleaded guilty to the charges Aug. 11, 2015.
Alexander Jimenez III, 28, of Amarillo, Texas, was sentenced Friday to 20 years in federal prison following his guilty plea in August 2015 to receiving child pornography.
Brian Kelley, 41, of Quinlan, Texas, pleaded guilty in January 2015 to a superseding information charging one count of possessing child pornography. Judge Fitzwater also sentenced Kelley to serve a lifetime of supervised release, and remanded him into federal custody.
According to plea documents filed in the case, Xzavion Dayshaun Ragsdale, aka “Yung Billy,” 19, from Amarillo, admitted that from about March 30 to April 3, 2015, he attempted to recruit a 15-year-old girl to engage in commercial sex acts.
Robert J. Gongloff, 26, of Terra Alta, West Virginia, pleaded guilty in August 2015 to one count of production of child pornography. By pleading guilty, Gongloff admitted that he had produced numerous images and videos depicting nude minors and minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
Justin Ryan Serna, 28, from Corpus Christi, was sentenced Jan. 19 by District Judge John D. Rainey to 180 months in federal prison. He was also sentenced to serve 10 years of supervised release; and he must also register as a sex offender. Serna pleaded guilty to the charges in October 2015.
Jamie Sailas, 30, of Metro Denver, pleaded guilty Jan. 15, 2016 to producing child pornography before U.S. District Court Judge William J. Martinez. Sailas is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Martinez April 28.
Jose Stephen Gracia, 45, was sentenced to life in federal prison Jan. 20 by U.S. District Judge Marcia Crone for producing child pornography. He pleaded guilty to the charges July 27, 2015.
According to plea documents filed in the case, Felipe Martinez Ramirez, 48, of Ozona, Texas, enticed a girl to engage in sexually explicit conduct with him at a residence in Ozona, and he used a cell phone to record that conduct reflected in a bathroom mirror.
Senior U.S. District Judge Sam R. Cummings ordered Jacob Seth Thornton, 29, of Lubbock, Texas, to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons Feb. 12 to begin serving his prison sentence.
Daniel H. Aleman II, 34, of Gregory, Texas, was sentenced by Senior U.S. District Judge Hayden Head to 30 years on each count to be served consecutively for a total of 60 years in federal prison. Aleman will then be on supervised release for the rest of his life, and he must register as a sex offender.
The final defendant sentenced Jan. 7 as part of the operation in Missoula is Shawnston Beaudoin, 31, of Kennesaw, Georgia.
Charles Gibbons, a Chesapeake man, was sentenced Tuesday to 132 months in prison and 20 years of supervised release for receipt of child pornography.
Jesus Hernandez-Ramos, 31, was apprehended in April 2014 by Border Patrol agents with a group of people who were being smuggled into the U.S. When questioned, Ramos admitted to being illegally present in the United States.
Daniel Benson Billman, 42, from Aransas Pass, pleaded guilty to the charges before Senior U.S. District Judge Janis Graham Jack. At the hearing, Judge Jack heard that authorities had learned of a possible sexual assault of a child in August 2015.
Ryan Anthony Winner, 34, of Olney, Texas, has been in custody since his arrest in July 2015 on a related federal complaint.
According to the court documents, a minor found a camera hidden underneath the sink in Kevin Rebbie’s, 56, bathroom. The Limerick Township Police Department was contacted and a search warrant was later executed on Rebbie’s home.
Former Houston-area teacher sentenced to more than 8 years in prison for receiving child pornography
Scott Burns, 46, of Alvin, was sentenced to 97 months in prison and to 12 years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes. Burns will also be required to register as a sex offender. He pleaded guilty to the charges May 18.
Steven Christopher Montes, 26, of Visalia, was sentenced Monday by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill to seven years in prison, followed by a 10-year term of supervised release, for possessing sexually explicit videos of minors.
Reynaldo Ramirez, 37, of Corpus Christi, had allegedly downloaded more than 1,000 images of child pornography ranging in ages from toddlers to pre-teens, according to information in the criminal complaint..
Billy Joe Moreno, 43, of Corpus Christi, faces a minimum of five and up to 20 years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 maximum fine.
Phillip Binder, 43, of Woodside, New York, was sentenced on one count of producing and transporting child pornography.
