Cristian Gutierrez pleaded guilty in June 2014 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to one count of possession of child pornography and two counts of second-degree child sexual abuse.
Brandon Tooley, 33, of Kokomo, was sentenced Sept. 18 to 72 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Sarah Evans Barker.
Kevin Robinson, 53, of Washington, D.C., admitted to transporting a minor to his government office to engage in sex.
Jason Ryan Bickham, 32, of Orange, Texas, pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography Sept. 17 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Zack Hawthorn.
Erik A. Hentzen, 26, of Lexington, was sentenced Sept. 16 by U.S. District Judge Joseph M. Hood to 20 years in federal prison and a lifetime of supervised release. Under federal law, Hentzen will have to serve at least 85 percent of his prison sentence.
Tong Yang, 46, of Stella, Missouri, was sentenced Sept. 15 by U.S. Chief District Judge Greg Kays to 13 years in federal prison without parole. Yang pleaded guilty May 1, admitting to traveling to Minnesota to pick up a 15-year-old girl and bring her back to Missouri with the intent to engage in illicit sexual activity.
Ian Quincy Winn, 48, admitted in an April plea agreement to receiving child pornography and engaging in online chats about child sex abuse with undercover HSI special agents.
On Sept. 5, 2013, Pedro Luis Baez-Torres, of Cidra, was arrested at his place of work in Cayey after an HSI investigation, stemming from a Puerto Rico Police Department referral, revealed he allegedly requested sexually explicit images from a 14-year-old female minor.
Paul David Culbreth, 52, of Loxahatchee, pleaded guilty to enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity May 15.
Johnny Ray Martinez, 25, from Abilene, Texas, pleaded guilty in May to one count of attempting to produce child pornography. He has been in custody since his arrest in February on a related criminal complaint.
According to documents filed in the case, in July 2013, Steven Edward Robb, 59, of Abilene, Texas, knowingly received two video files depicting minor females engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Charles Pelts, 35, of Marietta, was also sentenced to a lifetime supervised release. Pelts will also be required to register federally as a sex offender when he is released from prison. He pleaded guilty May 14.
Randy Coleman, Jr., 32, formerly of Pittston and his co-conspirators, including Gregory Boone, who pleaded guilty last week, admitted to participating in a scheme to use minor females to engage in prostitution.
Kevin Michael Stehlik was sentenced by United States District Judge R. Bryan Harwell to 396 months imprisonment, to be followed by supervised release for life and restitution in the amount of $25,000.00.
Walter E. Ackerman, 56, of Lebanon, Kansas, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to one count of distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography. In his plea, he admitted using AOL email to send child pornography to another user.
Joseph Schesso, 36, who has already served three years in state prison for attempted child molestation, was arrested in 2011 after he came to the attention of law enforcement in Germany.
Gregory Boone, 30, of Pittston, Pennsylvania, admitted to conspiring with others to recruit, harbor and transport minor females to engage in commercial sex acts for money during the summer of 2013 in Luzerne and Dauphin counties.
Ian Holman, 33, of Jasper County, Missouri, pleaded guilty to the charge contained in an Oct. 1, 2013, federal indictment.
Tony Lasiter, 32, of Duenweg, Missouri, pleaded guilty to the charge contained in an Oct. 1, 2013, federal indictment.
Eduardo Santiago-Rivera, 45, pleaded guilty Jan. 13, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Velez-Rive in the District of Puerto Rico to nine counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of possession of child pornography. He was charged by superseding indictment May 13.
Todd Balo, 48, pleaded guilty before Chief United States District Judge James C. Dever, III, after a federal grand jury returned a criminal indictment against him Nov. 23, 2013.
Christopher Briseno, 45, of Grand Prairie, Texas, was sentenced to 108 months in federal prison on one count of pandering of child pornography. Briseno previously pleaded guilty in May 2014.
William Edward Osman, 34, of Orlando, was also ordered to serve a life term of supervised release and to register as a sex offender upon completion of his custodial sentence. He pleaded guilty Feb. 28.
Robert Dale Schrader, 34, of Littlerock, California, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Gary A. Feess, who also ordered that Schrader remain under supervision for the rest of his life following his release from prison.
Jonathan Tyler Prive, 26, of West Melbourne, faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years, up to life in federal prison, as well as a potential life term of supervised release. He was indicted Feb. 19; a sentencing date has not yet been set.
