If convicted, Renee Gregg, 35, of Bradenton, faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years and up to 30 years in federal prison for the production charge. For the transportation charge, she faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 20 years imprisonment.

Jason King, 39, of Brownsburg, Indiana, was sentenced July 16 to 20 years in federal prison. U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt issued the sentence after King pleaded guilty to one count of distributing child pornography.

If convicted, Javier Guerrero Molina, 33, citizen of Mexico, faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, up to life in federal prison. Molina was arrested May 30 at the Jacksonville International Airport and has been in custody on related state charges since that time.

Ronald Charles Waters, 65, of Lake City, pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography. Waters faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a potential life term of supervision. Waters was arrested Nov. 20, 2013, in Lake City and has been in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service since that time.

Robert Harold Scott Jr., 27, faces a maximum penalty of life imprisonment when he is sentenced Nov. 12.

Brian Shaw, 23, of Lutherville, was also ordered serve a lifetime of supervised release and to register as a sex offender.

Steven Mazer, 27, of Philadelphia, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Jan E. DuBois. Mazer was a teacher at a karate school offering classes to children in the Bustleton section of Philadelphia. He pleaded guilty June 24, 2013 to two counts of production of child pornography.

Andrew McMahon, 37, was sentenced July 10 by U.S. District Judge Reed C. O'Connor to 15 years in federal prison to be followed by a five-year term of supervised release. McMahon pleaded guilty to an information charging one count of transporting child pornography; he has been in custody since his guilty plea.

Devin Spencer Williams, 19, of Blackshear, pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing child pornography in January 2014. He was also ordered by United States District Court Chief Judge Lisa Godbey Wood to register as a sex offender upon his release.

Gregory John Schaffer, 34, was convicted of enticement to travel to engage in illegal sexual activity, enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity, attempted enticement to travel to engage in illegal sexual activity and enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity.

According to the indictment that led to the arrest of Betsian Carrasquillo-Peñaloza, 35, of Loiza, from Sept. 28 to Oct. 3, 2012, she enticed, harbored and transported a 14-year-old female identified as N.M.C.C. to engage in commercial sex acts. Carrasquillo-Peñaloza allegedly knew that the female was a minor. HSI special agents arrested her on Oct. 3, 2012. She entered a guilty plea Oct. 11, 2013.

Kurtis Head, 32, of Jasper, was convicted of 12 counts of receiving child pornography. He was sentenced July 8 to 97 months in federal prison by U.S. District Chief Judge Richard Young.

According to court documents, on May 10, 2012, Daniel Lewis Dolde, 44, of Coraopolis, possessed approximately two to three gigabytes of videos and images of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Robert Glassmeyer, 61, was arrested Sunday at the Blue Water Bridge after returning from Ontario. During the course of a routine CBP inspection, officers searched a video camera that was in Glassmeyer's possession. The camera contained several images of child pornography. He was arrested on charges of possession and transportation of child pornography.

In addition to his prison term, Lawrence H. Dorman, aka Howie, 43, forfeited a truck, electronic media and his interest in a property located on Gardner Place in Lakeland. He pleaded guilty Dec. 3, 2013.

George F. Harb, II, 56, appeared in Prescott Justice Court Thursday, where he was charged in a preliminary complaint. His case is pending in Yavapai County Superior Court.

Charles Keith Rolfe, 60, of Heyburn, Idaho, faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to 20 years in federal prison. He also faces a mandatory minimum of five years and up to a lifetime of supervision. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.

Robert Harold Dolin, 55, of Irvine, pleaded guilty to one count of possessing child pornography in January. He was sentenced Monday morning by U.S. District Judge James V. Selna, who wrote in his sentencing memorandum that "possession of child pornography – especially material that involves prepubescent minor and masochistic or violent conduct is a real crime with real victims. It is serious and it must be deterred."

Dale Wray Fulford, 77, of Slaton, Texas, was sentenced June 27 to 15 years in federal prison following his guilty plea in March 2014 to one count of production of child pornography.

Darwin Gilbert Gowen, 61, of St. Louis, Missouri, made his initial appearance where he was advised of his rights and the charges pending against him. He is due back in court July 2 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix for a detention hearing.

Jerald Vrbas, 60, of Palisade, Nebraska, was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison on a single count of producing child pornography. His sentence will be followed by an additional 15 years of supervised release.

Paul Michael Barbour, who worked for Cypress-based Kids Artistic Review (KAR), fell under suspicion late last month after a digital video camera belonging to the defendant was discovered in a dressing room used by teenage girls taking part in a dance contest at Cypress College. Barbour was originally taken into custody June 1 by detectives with the Cypress Police Department on state charges filed by the Orange County District Attorney's Office accusing him of possession of child pornography and possession of a controlled substance.

Travis Humphrey, 26, of Wilkes-Barre, pleaded guilty to the charge before U.S. District Judge Robert D. Mariani.

Alvin Westley, 50, of Palestine, Texas, previously pleaded guilty in January to possessing child pornography. He was sentenced June 24 to 156 months in federal prison.
