Conor Ryan Kelly Broderick, a Washington man with a history of child exploitation, was sentenced Thursday to 151 months in prison and 20 years' supervised release for possession of child pornography.

According to court documents, the CNCPO executed a search warrant on a child pornography website server and identified more than 900 United States-based users of the website. The CNCPO provided the identities of these users to HSI. Jason Jay Mills, 36, of Wilmington, was identified as on those users. HSI conducted similar investigations of the identified individuals across the United States.

Billy Dewayne Mills, 34, of Tucson, was sentenced Tuesday in federal court, after pleading guilty March 7 to knowingly accessing child pornography. In addition to the prison term, Curtis will be subject to lifetime supervised release with stringent conditions, including registration as a sex offender.

Richard J. Simone, 23, of Acworth, Ga., faces up to 30 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for traveling to have sexual contact with a minor. He faces between five and 20 years and a $250,000 fine for distributing child pornography.

Harley Michael Peterson, 23, admitted that he began communicating with a child he knew to be 15 years old starting April 1 and continuing through Aug. 4, 2012.

On Monday, Jorge Valadez, 53, a Laredo high school teacher, was charged by U.S. Magistrate Judge Guillermo R. Garcia with receiving and distributing child pornography via the Internet.

Jacob Ray Albarado, 20, of Big Spring, Texas, has been in custody since his arrest in March on a federal indictment alleging he possessed and produced child pornography, and attempted to entice a child. According to documents filed in the case, after befriending a girl (Jane Doe), Albarado called her with his cell phone for more than a year. In late 2012, Jane Doe began a dating relationship with Albarado and ran away from her home to his apartment in Big Spring.
