According to the plea agreement, on Jan. 31, Charles Allen Nave III, 39, knowingly distributed child pornography over the Internet to an undercover agent he met in an online chat room.
According to court documents, Marco Laquin Rogers, 27, of Atlanta, traveled to a Jackson hotel in May 2012 to have sex with the child and videotape the act.
If convicted, Eleftherios 'Ted' Zachariadis, 46, of Lake Alfred, faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

Following his prison sentence, U.S. District Court Judge William J. Martinez ordered David Moe, 46, of Denver, to spend 10 years on supervised release. Moe was also ordered to pay $5,000 restitution to each of three victims who filed requests with the court.
HSI Philadelphia received information from the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force alleging Van N. Epps, 36, of Philadelphia, was involved in distributing and receiving child pornography via the Internet.
Logan Storm, 37, received 84 months in prison on the child exploitation charge and 12 months for failing to appear at his detention hearing. The sentences will be served consecutively.
Derrick Gossett, 32, of Humble, Texas, and a music teacher at Anderson Elementary School in the Spring ISD, was taken into custody Sept. 6 on charges of producing child pornography. During his initial appearance Sept. 9, U.S. Magistrate Judge George Hanks ordered him into custody pending further criminal proceedings.
Luis Alberto Morales-Badillo, 42, must also serve 15 years of supervised release after he completes his prison sentence.
Bruce Omlor was sentenced to 75 months in prison after pleading guilty earlier this year to one count of child pornography. Omlor formerly worked as a special education teacher with the Toledo Public Schools.

Investigators executed search warrants for several computers at Gregorio Evaristo Sarabia-Garcia's apartment and found pornographic photographs of the defendant's 7-year-old relative, as well as more than 150 additional images of child pornography which Sarabia-Garcia had downloaded from the Internet.
William Lee Pait Jr., 46, of Bladenboro, had engaged in a long-term pattern of conduct in which he would pose as a teenage boy and attempt to seduce girls between the ages of 12 and 15.
Ralph Camacho-Rios was arrested at his place of residence after an HSI investigation revealed he possessed child pornography on his home computer.
Between December 2008 and August 2011, Warren Scott Kennell produced images of child pornography involving two minor victims, members of an indigenous tribe in the Amazon where Kennell was establishing a church. Further forensic examination of Kennell's external hard drive showed more than 940 images of child pornography.
