According to the plea agreement, on Jan. 31, Charles Allen Nave III, 39, knowingly distributed child pornography over the Internet to an undercover agent he met in an online chat room.

According to court documents, Marco Laquin Rogers, 27, of Atlanta, traveled to a Jackson hotel in May 2012 to have sex with the child and videotape the act.

If convicted, Eleftherios 'Ted' Zachariadis, 46, of Lake Alfred, faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.

"John Doe" was profiled on a new app launched by ICE Thursday. The unidentified man is featured at the top of the list of suspected child predators wanted by HSI.

Mark Robert Austin was arrested Friday afternoon without incident by HSI and FBI special agents along with officers from the Michigan State Police in the Flint, Mich., area after numerous tips from the public were called in to the ICE tip line. Following the national and regional publicity generated by the app’s announcement, several members of the public called in tips indicating known areas Austin frequented.

Sean Lawrence, 40, of Kansas City, Mo., was previously convicted in Missouri in 1995 and 2005 of sodomizing two young boys. He was sentenced to five years in prison for each offense and was required to register as a sex offender upon his release.

Charles Glenn Perkins came to the attention of ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) after being turned around at the U.S.-Canada border last December when a review of his laptop at that time by Canadian authorities revealed two images of nude children.

The HSI investigation revealed that Robert Lee Raeder, 45, of Tamaqua, produced child pornography videos and images and then maintained them on his computer.

ICE's HSI is launching a new smartphone app – the first of its kind in U.S. federal law enforcement – designed to seek the public's help with fugitive and unknown suspect child predators.

Eulises Abraham Nava-Romero, 26, has been in federal custody since his arrest in January on a related federal felony criminal complaint following the execution of a federal search warrant at his home in Dallas by HSI special agents.

Luis Gerardo Alvarado, 22, met a girl who lived in Coleman County, Texas, by contacting her through a Facebook chat and attempted to persuade and entice her to have sex with him. Alvarado knew the girl was under 17 years of age.

Meliton Torres, 31, of Lancaster, Texas, who will remain on bond, is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 18 by U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade. He faces a maximum statutory sentence of not less than five or more than 20 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine and a lifetime of supervised release.

Following his prison sentence, U.S. District Court Judge William J. Martinez ordered David Moe, 46, of Denver, to spend 10 years on supervised release. Moe was also ordered to pay $5,000 restitution to each of three victims who filed requests with the court.

HSI Philadelphia received information from the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force alleging Van N. Epps, 36, of Philadelphia, was involved in distributing and receiving child pornography via the Internet.

Logan Storm, 37, received 84 months in prison on the child exploitation charge and 12 months for failing to appear at his detention hearing. The sentences will be served consecutively.

Derrick Gossett, 32, of Humble, Texas, and a music teacher at Anderson Elementary School in the Spring ISD, was taken into custody Sept. 6 on charges of producing child pornography. During his initial appearance Sept. 9, U.S. Magistrate Judge George Hanks ordered him into custody pending further criminal proceedings.

Luis Alberto Morales-Badillo, 42, must also serve 15 years of supervised release after he completes his prison sentence.

Bruce Omlor was sentenced to 75 months in prison after pleading guilty earlier this year to one count of child pornography. Omlor formerly worked as a special education teacher with the Toledo Public Schools.

ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents in Manila worked in close cooperation with Philippine law enforcement to successfully bust a cybersex syndicate based in Cebu, Philippines. Seven suspects were arrested and more than a dozen child victims rescued in four operations between May and September.

Pedro Luis Baez-Torres was arrested after an HSI investigation, which stemmed from a Puerto Rico Police Department referral, revealed he allegedly requested sexually explicit images from a 14-year-old female minor. Forensic examination of Baez-Torres's cell phone revealed about 122 images depicting the victim in a sexually explicit manner.

Michael Burch, 31, of Seattle, Wash., was sentenced Wednesday by Senior U.S. District Court Judge Wiley Y. Daniel to serve 11 years in federal prison for traveling to engage in a sex act with a minor.

Investigators executed search warrants for several computers at Gregorio Evaristo Sarabia-Garcia's apartment and found pornographic photographs of the defendant's 7-year-old relative, as well as more than 150 additional images of child pornography which Sarabia-Garcia had downloaded from the Internet.

William Lee Pait Jr., 46, of Bladenboro, had engaged in a long-term pattern of conduct in which he would pose as a teenage boy and attempt to seduce girls between the ages of 12 and 15.

Ralph Camacho-Rios was arrested at his place of residence after an HSI investigation revealed he possessed child pornography on his home computer.

Between December 2008 and August 2011, Warren Scott Kennell produced images of child pornography involving two minor victims, members of an indigenous tribe in the Amazon where Kennell was establishing a church. Further forensic examination of Kennell's external hard drive showed more than 940 images of child pornography.
