According to court documents, Brandi Snyder, 34, of Americus, is accused of persuading and coercing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction, and of allegedly possessing and distributing child pornography.
A former schoolteacher with the Southside Independent School District was sentenced Aug. 23 to 20 years in prison on child pornography charges following an investigation conducted by HSI. Mark Anthony Rodriguez, 56, was sentenced to 240 months in prison and ordered to pay $70,000 in restitution to 14 separate victims.
According to court documents, Matthew Jacob Metzler, 32, traveled to Arizona to pick up a minor and then took the child to Pecos, where he engaged in sexual acts with the child. A search warrant was executed on Metzler’s cellular phone where child pornography photos along with a sexually explicit video Metzler made with the minor were found.
Kansas man indicted for child pornography following HSI, joint law enforcement partner investigation
Walter Haskin, 27, of Cottonwood Falls, was indicted on one count of attempted distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
Cristian Dolores Munoz-De La Rosa, 24, plead guilty to transporting and possessing child pornography, Aug. 4.
Juan Miguel Alvarez, 47, pleaded guilty on Oct. 21, 2020, to production of a visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Juan Pablo Hernandez, 44, originally from El Salvador but living in Sioux City, received the prison term after a March 10 guilty plea for aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
Brandon Lane McCullough, 31, of Branson, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool to 30 years in federal prison without parole. The court also sentenced McCullough to spend the rest of his life on supervised release following incarceration, and to pay $204,199 in restitution to one of his victims.
Ruben Oswaldo Yeverino Rosales, 27, previously pleaded guilty to four counts of production of child pornography and two counts of cyberstalking.
Jahque Dijion Williams, 21, of Los Angeles, previously pleaded guilty to sex trafficking of a minor.
Reid Etheridge, 42, was sentenced July 22 to life in prison. A second defendant, Alicia Cronkhite, 30, from Edinburg, was sentenced to 189 months in federal prison to be immediately followed by a lifetime of supervised release. At the hearing, the court heard additional facts discussing the abuse both minor victims sustained at Etheridge and Cronkhite’s hands.
An investigation led by the Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Washington, D.C. field office resulted in a lengthy prison sentence for an Ohio woman for production and distribution of child sexual abuse material. Ashley Kolhoff, 22, of Port Clinton, was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, July 12.
Timothy Alan Fortenberry, a 40-year-old resident of Alvin, was sentenced in the Southern District of Texas to 180 months in prison for receiving child pornography.
Kody Ryan Kelso, 31, pleaded guilty before U.S. Chief Magistrate Judge David P. Rush, to one count of the sexual exploitation of a child to produce child pornography and to one count of using the internet and a cell phone to coerce and entice a child under the age of 14 to engage in illicit sexual activity.
On Sept. 27, 2021, following six weeks of trial, a federal jury in Brooklyn convicted Kelly of all nine counts of a superseding indictment charging him with racketeering predicated on criminal conduct including sexual exploitation of children, forced labor and Mann Act violations involving the coercion and transportation of women and girls in interstate commerce to engage in illegal sexual activity.
Michael Aaron Galvan, a 42-year-old resident of Corpus Christi, was sentenced in the Southern District of Texas. He will also be required to register as a sex offender and serve 10 years on supervised release following completion of his prison term.
Andrew David Ferrill, 35, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Brian C. Wimes June 28, to 12 years in federal prison without parole. The court also sentenced Ferrill to spend 20 years on supervised release following incarceration.
Bryan Wesley Fulfer, a 55-year-old resident of Aransas Pass, was sentenced Tuesday in the Southern District of Texas. He was further ordered to serve three years on supervised release following completion of his prison term. During that time, he will have to comply with numerous requirements designed to restrict his access to children and the internet.
Anthony Fox, 25, received a 79-158-year sentence on June 24 after pleading guilty to 22 sexual abuse charges involving victims younger than 10 years old.
On June 28, a federal grand jury returned a two-count on Cristian Dolores Munoz-De La Rosa, 24, after HSI discovered child pornography on his phone.
According to court documents, Ryan Meyung, 30, engaged six minor victims in sexually explicit conduct to produce images of child sexual abuse, and transported and possessed visual images of child sexual abuse. The alleged crimes occurred between 2019 and 2021; Meyung was arrested on state charges in December 2021 and has remained in custody.
Project iGuardian focuses on keeping children and teens safer from online predators through education and awareness. The project is an outreach effort to share information about the dangers of online environments, how to stay safer online, and how to report abuse and suspicious activity. Project iGuardian helps children, teens and parents learn more about staying safe from online sexual predators.
According to court documents, in June 2021, special agents executed a search warrant on the residence of Kevin Holguin-Cano, 29, and found materials depicting a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Marcus E. Gardner, 48, was also ordered to pay $78,000 in restitution to victims who have been identified by law enforcement in the approximately 11,000 images and 500 videos of child sexual abuse investigators found on Gardner's computer and external hard drives.
According to the HSI investigation, Travis James Muckelroy, 27, used a social media platform to develop online relationships with children. On various occasions in April and September of 2021, Muckelroy instructed a 13-year-old girl and a 12-year-old girl to send him nude photographs or recordings of themselves engaging in sexual acts.
