Joseph F. Zinkiewicz, 76, from Raton, N.M., was arrested April 2012 on a criminal complaint and charged with distributing, receiving and possessing child pornography in Colfax County, N.M., between October 2011 and April 2012. He has been in federal custody since that time.

Jeremiah Paul Selman pleaded guilty Thursday to child pornography violations in the Eastern District of Texas. HSI special agents seized a computer during a search at Selman's residence and discovered that it contained more than 600 images of child pornography.

Troy Rowlette was sentenced Wednesday to more than nine years in federal prison for downloading child pornography following an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce, the Baxter County Sheriff's Office and the Mountain Home Police Department.

Harold Duane Davenport of Le Center, Minn., pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to receiving videos containing child pornography. Davenport admitted that he possessed more than 600 images of child pornography, including images and videos portraying sadistic or masochistic conduct or other depictions of violence.

Chad Salvatore of Alden, N.Y., was sentenced to 20 years in prison for distribution and receipt of child pornography and obstruction of justice. At the time of his arrest, Salvatore was a foster parent to a young teenage child, despite having been convicted of molesting three children when Salvatore himself was a teenager.

Michael Allen Dreyer, a retired Air Force technical sergeant convicted last September by a federal jury of possession and distribution of child pornography, was sentenced Thursday to 18 years in prison.

Frank Charles Reddell, a previously convicted sex offender from the Fresno area who worked as a handyman, was indicted Thursday by a federal grand jury for sexual exploitation of a minor and receiving or distributing material involving the sexual exploitation of a minor.

Billy Ray Doyle, 59, of San Angelo, Texas, faces a maximum statutory penalty of 10 years in federal prison, a $250,000 fine, and a lifetime of supervised release.

Geoffrey Jones, 61, used a file sharing program to download child pornography from the Internet. HSI special agents executed a search warrant at his residence May 30, 2012. A forensic examination showed that Jones's computer, external hard drive and CDs contained more than 600 images and videos depicting child pornography.

Gregory John Schaffer, a New Jersey man posing as a business owner, was indicted today in federal court in New Jersey for engaging in sexual activity with two minors and possession of child pornography.

Chad F. Summers, 40, of Albuquerque, entered a not-guilty plea to the five-count indictment. The indictment charges him with the following crimes: three counts of receiving and one count of possessing child pornography, and one count of being a felon possessing a firearm.

Kevin Zajack, 46, of Charleroi, Pa., pleaded guilty to the charge at a hearing in U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. He faces up to 10 years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing is scheduled for July 9, 2013.

HSI special agents are attempting to locate Fredy Marcelo Arbito, 30, of Hightstown, N.J., who is wanted for possessing child pornography. He allegedly was also duping at least one young victim to produce additional child pornography.

Carlos Lopez-Roldan, 30, was arrested in Caguas after an HSI investigation revealed that he allegedly used a video recording device to produce nude images of a 12-year-old girl identified as Jane Doe.

Edgar Daniel Mazariegos-Cifuentes, a Guatemalan citizen illegally residing in Monroe, N.Y., was sentenced to 10 years in prison followed by lifetime supervised release for transporting a minor to engage in sexual activity.

Graham Godbey was sentenced to two years in federal prison for possession of child pornography as the result of an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Niagara, Canada, Regional Police Service.

Dante Christopher Vasquez was sentenced Thursday to more than 17 years in federal prison for taking nude photos of a young girl.

Preston D. Wilbur was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years in federal prison for distributing child pornography, following an investigation by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). A forensic examination of numerous computers, hard drives and USB flash drives seized at Wilbur's residence revealed more than 300,000 images of child pornography.

A Mexican citizen was sentenced Wednesday for traveling into the United States with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct, announced U.S. Attorney Kenneth Magidson, Southern District of Texas. The case was investigated by ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) with the assistance from the Webb County Sheriff's Office.

Walter Eugene Rogers, 33, of Watauga, Texas, has been in custody since he was arrested in Georgia by officers with the Tallapoosa Police Department on a related charge outlined in a criminal complaint.

Ernest Brian Tucker, 59, of Corrales, N.M., will also be required to register as a sex offender after he completes his prison sentence.
