Record checks indicated that Abdiel Dela Garza-Hernandez entered the United States on an unknown date and at an unknown location without inspection from an immigration official.
Officers with ICE's ERO Salt Lake City Field Office removed Alexandru Claudiu Pascu, 24, a citizen of Romania, from the United States.
Rony Roberto Lagos-Corrales, a 35-year-old unlawfully present Honduran national, was flown from Alexandria, Louisiana, to the Ramon Villeda Morales International Airport in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Upon arrival, he was turned over to Honduran law enforcement officials.
This enforcement operation was implemented to address unlawfully present noncitizens convicted of sex offenses. Cases amenable to federal criminal prosecution may be presented to the appropriate U.S. attorney’s office. Individuals listed here will remain in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.
ICE ERO officers apprehended 15 unlawfully present noncitizens convicted of sex offenses, including those with an executable final order of removal, during a nationwide enforcement effort Oct. 22 through Nov. 4.

Noel Hernandez-Molina, aka Cristobal Molina, 40, was arrested by ERO Los Angeles ERO Foreign Fugitive officers, Dec. 22, 2021, pursuant to a targeted enforcement operation in Ontario, California.
Jose Sanchez Macias, a 36-year-old unlawfully present Mexican national, was transported by ICE officers Nov. 10 from the South Texas ICE Processing Center in Pearsall to the Eagle Pass International Bridge II in Eagle Pass, Texas. Sanchez was walked to the international line and turned over to Mexican law enforcement officials without incident.
Mensah-Tohonou’s criminal history includes convictions for theft, robbery with a deadly weapon, drug possession with intent to distribute and second-degree assault. His record also contains numerous other weapons and drug convictions.

ICE's ERO officers in Denver apprehended two unlawfully present noncitizens convicted of sex offenses, including those with executable final orders of removal, during a nationwide enforcement effort from Oct. 22 through Nov. 4.
Gustavo Guadalupe Gonzalez Jimenez, 26, was wanted in Mexico for negligent homicide and injuries. Gonzalez was flown from Alexandria International Airport to Valley International Airport, Harlingen, Texas, on a flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit. ERO Harlingen then transported Gonzalez via ground transportation to the Matamoros Port of Entry.
Honduran national Luis Fernando Lopez-Avila, 22, was flown from Miami International Airport on a flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit. Upon his Nov. 11 arrival, the fugitive was turned over to the Honduran National Police.
On Oct. 5, ERO Fugitive Operations officers, pursuant to a targeted enforcement operation in Wilmington, California, arrested 22-year-old Wilder Mario Romero Perez. The ERO team received a lead referral identifying Romero as the subject was wanted for murder in Guatemala.
Osmar Mendez Martinez, a 34-year-old unlawfully present Mexican national, was transported by ICE officers Nov. 9 from the Montgomery Processing Center (MPC) in Conroe, Texas, to the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge in Laredo, Texas. Upon arrival, he was turned over to Mexican law enforcement officials.
Luis Hernandez-Huazo, 40, has a criminal history with convictions at both the state and federal levels.
Dubbed “Operation Secure Streets,” the fugitive operations initiative took place in the San Francisco area from Aug. 22 through Sept. 28 and targeted unlawfully present noncitizens who have previously been convicted of DUIs with certain aggravating factors or criminal histories, to include assault, cruelty toward children, weapons violations, domestic violence, fraud, homicide by vehicle, hit-and-run and larceny.
This enforcement operation was implemented to address unlawfully present noncitizens convicted of violating multiple local DUI laws. In addition to DUI convictions, criminal histories of those arrested include, but were not limited to crimes involving assault, cruelty toward children, weapons violations, domestic violence, fraud, homicide by vehicle, hit-and-run, and larceny. Cases amenable to federal criminal prosecution may be presented to the appropriate U.S. Attorney’s Office.

ERO Los Angeles Foreign Fugitive Officers apprehended Dorel Radu, 43, during a targeted enforcement operation; he was arrested without incident. Radu is currently wanted by the Government of Romania for the offense of attempted murder. On Dec. 6, 2019, the Bucharest Tribunal issued an arrest warrant for Radu.
The fugitive operations initiative, dubbed “Operation Secure Streets,” took place in the Houston area from Sept. 12 – 30, and targeted unlawfully present noncitizens who have previously been convicted of a DWI with certain aggravating factors or criminal histories, such as multiple DWIs; felony DWIs; DWIs resulting in bodily injury, property damage or death; and DWIs with other felony convictions.
