Alvaro Garcia-Medina, 38, was flown to Honduras Sept. 29 onboard a charter flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations (IAO) Unit. Upon arrival, Garcia-Medina was turned over to Honduran officials.

Juan Ruben Mendoza-Solis, 40, was deported from Chicago Sept. 26 via ICE charter aircraft and transferred to the custody of Mexican law enforcement authorities at the border crossing in Brownsville, Texas.

On Thursday, Sept. 29, Guatemalan national Walter Polanco, 47, who had been living in North Dartmouth was removed by ICE special air charter flight to Guatemala City, Guatemala, and turned over to Guatemalan authorities.

Miguel Arreola-Avila, 39, was sentenced Sept. 19 by U.S. District Judge William Conley, Western District of Wisconsin, to 40 months in federal prison for illegally re-entering the United States after having been deported.

Expected to open in December, the South Texas Family Residential Center will be the fourth facility the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is using to increase its capacity to detain and expedite the removal of adults with children who illegally crossed the Southwest border.

Of the 81 arrested, all individuals were either previously removed, ordered removed and failed to comply, or had prior convictions for crimes.

Montoya-Merino, who had been previously returned to Mexico in 2013, illegally reentered the country and was subsequently arrested Nov. 19, 2013, with the assistance of the Bradley Beach Police Department and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

Vincenzo Coluccio, 65, was transported from Sacramento to Italy on board commercial aircraft escorted by ERO officers. Upon arriving in Rome, Coluccio was transferred to the custody of Italian authorities. Coluccio is charged in a warrant issued by judicial officials in Milan with conspiring with the Mafia and drug smuggling. The allegations carry a prison term of 12 years.

Three illegal aliens were charged Wednesday with federal criminal charges following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Philadelphia.

Flavio Camacho Hernandez, 39, was transferred to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Attorney General's Office at the San Ysidro port of entry. Camacho is charged with first degree murder in an arrest warrant issued in July 2004 in the Mexican state of Sinaloa.

Jesus Gabriel Ibarra-Espinoza, 41, was arrested Aug. 12 in Centennial, Colorado, by ERO’s Denver Fugitive Operations Team.

Alberto Lira-Quintero, aka Lamberto Armenta Rivera, 48, was turned over to Mexican authorities by officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Pedro Curiel-Herrera, 35, was transferred to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Attorney General's Office at the San Ysidro port of entry. Curiel is charged with homicide in an arrest warrant issued in January 1999 in the Mexican state of Jalisco.

German Espinosa-Hernandez, aka Ferdinand Gonzalez-Velez, 36, a citizen of Mexico, was sentenced to 36 months in prison and three years of supervised release. On July 23, Alberto Bautista-Sanchez, 30, also a citizen of Mexico, living in the U.S. illegally, was sentenced to 41 months in prison and three years of supervised release.

Marvin Ernesto Escalante-Roque, 33, first came into ERO custody in August 2010 after he was encountered by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Texas. ERO officers removed him from the United States in September 2010.

Mildred Betzaida Giron-Acebedo, 27, was transferred to the custody of the Guatemalan National Police in Guatemala City.

Dorn Vacklyn Webster, 53, a citizen of Anguilla, was arrested Thursday morning after ERO and local police identified a vehicle and found Webster inside. Webster is a convicted felon, with a 1985 second-degree murder conviction in the U.S. Virgin Islands and two convictions in Florida – one in 2001 for fraud and one in 2002 for burglary. Webster had been on the ERO most wanted fugitives list since January.

Luis Fernando Quintero-Heras, 44, and Jose Adrian Mendoza Del Muro, 33, were transferred to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Attorney General's Office. The two men are charged in connection with separate slayings in Mexico.

On July 14, a group of adults with children who recently crossed the border were returned to Central America. As President Obama, the Vice President, and Secretary Johnson have said, our border is not open to illegal migration and we will send recent illegal migrants back.

Maury Croussett-Garcia, 22, was convicted in July 2013 of felony aggravated assault in Pennsylvania in 2010. According to the criminal complaint, he struck a man in the head with a bottle causing bleeding to the brain.

Vaiaoga Leatuvao, 37, was located in the Seattle area by special agents with ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) after the Samoan government notified U.S. authorities about the allegations against him. According to a July 2013 arrest warrant issued by the Supreme Court of Samoa, Leatuvao is charged with child rape. Samoan prosecutors allege Leatuvao raped four female students at a school for disabled children where he worked as a teacher.

Maximiliano Moreno Contreras, 37, was transferred to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Attorney General’s Office in Tijuana. An arrest warrant issued by authorities in Mexicali’s judicial district accuses Moreno of the April 16, 2001, stabbing death of a local man.
