Upon arriving in Rome, Coluccio was transferred to the custody of Italian authorities. Coluccio is charged in a warrant issued by judicial officials in Milan with conspiring with the Mafia and drug smuggling. The allegations carry a prison term of 12 years.

On July 23, Alberto Bautista-Sanchez, 30, also a citizen of Mexico, living in the U.S. illegally, was sentenced to 41 months in prison and three years of supervised release.

Marvin Ernesto Escalante-Roque, 33, first came into ERO custody in August 2010 after he was encountered by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Texas. ERO officers removed him from the United States in September 2010.

Dorn Vacklyn Webster, 53, a citizen of Anguilla, was arrested Thursday morning after ERO and local police identified a vehicle and found Webster inside. Webster is a convicted felon, with a 1985 second-degree murder conviction in the U.S. Virgin Islands and two convictions in Florida – one in 2001 for fraud and one in 2002 for burglary. Webster had been on the ERO most wanted fugitives list since January.

Vaiaoga Leatuvao, 37, was located in the Seattle area by special agents with ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) after the Samoan government notified U.S. authorities about the allegations against him. According to a July 2013 arrest warrant issued by the Supreme Court of Samoa, Leatuvao is charged with child rape. Samoan prosecutors allege Leatuvao raped four female students at a school for disabled children where he worked as a teacher.

Maximiliano Moreno Contreras, 37, was transferred to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Attorney General’s Office in Tijuana. An arrest warrant issued by authorities in Mexicali’s judicial district accuses Moreno of the April 16, 2001, stabbing death of a local man.
