OPLA’s Mail and File Clerks are the correspondence logistical point of contact of the office. They process a variety of incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with agency and postal service requirements and interact with all levels of staff. Mail and File Clerks use a case management system to update, locate and route A-files for use by attorneys. They perform general office duties such as sort bulk mail, reroute misdirected mail, date stamp mail, and screen for priority items.
