Julian BOCANEGRA-Lupian is wanted for removal from the United States as a convicted criminal alien with a felony conviction for homicide. In August 2012, BOCANEGRA was transferred to ICE custody, and he was removed to Mexico. ICE received information that BOCANEGRA illegally reentered the U.S. Despite attempts by ICE to locate him, he remains at-large.
In 1993, a criminal court in Harris County, TX convicted BOCANEGRA-Lupian of homicide and sentenced him to life in prison. In August 2012, he was transferred to ICE ERO custody, and he was removed to Mexico for the first time. BOCANEGRA-Lupian illegally re-entered the U.S., and in November 2019, ICE again removed him to Mexico.
ICE ERO received information that BOCANEGRA-Lupian may have returned to the U.S., and ERO Houston continues efforts to locate and arrest him.
