2 Honduran men charged with being in the US illegally

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Two men from Honduras were charged Monday with being in the United States illegally. The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) Philadelphia.

Marcos Guillen-Guillen, and Johnny Martinez-Palacios, both 32, were charged in separate indictments with being in the country illegally. Both men formerly resided in Cumberland County.

If convicted, each faces up to six months in prison and a $5,000 fine.

The defendants are presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court.
