Here is one of the latest public updates from the FBI: The investigation into the NAS Pensacola shooting remains active. This work includes the ongoing collection of facts, as well as legal considerations based on those facts. The FBI continues to work with the presumption that this was an act of terrorism, and our unified goal remains clear: to determine if the shooter acted alone or if anyone assisted, provided support for, or had knowledge of his attack in advance.
