IMAGE stands for ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers. “This partnership highlights Master Maintenance’s commitment to our national security, as well as the security of their employees and customers,” said HSI Tampa Deputy Special Agent in Charge Kevin D. Sibley. “A legal workforce is a key component of responsible corporate citizenship and Master Maintenance is leading the way.”

“I believe a partnership between HSI and the private sector is essential for the security of our country and the fair growth and practices of businesses. It is an opportunity for a business to acquire accurate knowledge of the procedures and technical details required in the hiring process. Concurrently, for HSI; it is an opportunity to understand the challenges employers encounter in complying with all the requirements and prevent the hiring of people who are not authorized to work in the United States,” said Master Maintenance’s R. Eduardo Ballesteros.

“IMAGE is a fine example that the government and employers can work together in a friendly and productive way to achieve results that will benefit the greater good. Master Maintenance Inc. is honored to participate in the program and look forward to a long productive relationship.”
