ERO Boston apprehended a Dominican national charged locally with drug manufacturing and distribution.

ERO Baltimore apprehended a unlawfully present Colombian fugitive and leader of a violent criminal organization who is wanted by authorities in his home country for homicide, arms trafficking and aggravated theft charges.

ERO Boston apprehended a Brazilian fugitive wanted by authorities in his home country to serve a prison term that resulted from an October 2023 rape conviction.

Deportation officers with ERO Boston arrested Edilzar Morales-Barillas July 8 near his residence in Chelsea. Morales, who was previously removed from the United States, has been convicted locally of reckless endangerment of a child and drug distribution, and he has three convictions for operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Those included removal flights to Brazil, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, Peru and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Chilel was flown from Alexandria, Louisiana, on a charter flight coordinated by ICE's Air Operations Unit to the La Aurora International Airport in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

ERO facilitated the removal of Elvis Jose Cabera Martinez, a 42-year-old citizen of Honduras with a final order of removal from the United States.

Francisco Ernesto Salinas-Chavez, a Salvadoran national wanted for ties to an aggravated terrorist organization (18th Street Gang), is taken into custody by Salvadoran law enforcement authorities July 31 at the Monsenor Oscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport in San Salvador, El Salvador, after being removed from the U.S. by ICE.

ERO Philadelphia removed Denilson Orlinten Avila Gutierrez, a citizen of Honduras with a final order of removal, to Honduras on July 29. Avila is a foreign fugitive wanted by law enforcement authorities in Honduras for homicide.

Intae Yang, 46, is a citizen of South Korea wanted in his home country for embezzlement. Yang was admitted into the United States through Los Angeles, California, and failed to depart under the terms of his visa.

ERO facilitated the removal of Fredy Funes-Gomez, a 45-year-old citizen of Honduras with a final order of removal from the United States.

Aguilera was flown from Alexandria, Louisiana, on a charter flight coordinated by ICE's Air Operations Unit to the Monsenor Oscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport in San Salvador, El Salvador. Upon arrival, she was turned over to Salvadoran law enforcement authorities.

ERO Boston apprehended an unlawfully present Peruvian fugitive convicted of drug trafficking in Argentina.

Deportation officers with Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston’s Manchester, New Hampshire, field office apprehended a Dominican national May 30 in Brentwood, New Hampshire.

U.S. Border Patrol arrested the Uzbek national after he unlawfully entered the United States near San Luis, Arizona, Feb. 14, 2023, and served him with a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge. On the same date, officials released him from custody on an order of recognizance.

U.S. Border Patrol arrested the Colombian national Feb. 8, 2011, after he unlawfully entered the United States near Brownsville, Texas. Officials served him a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge and turned him over to the Office of Refugee Resettlement.

U.S. Border Patrol arrested Mojica after he unlawfully entered the United States Feb. 3, 2016, near Calexico, California, and served him a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge.

ERO Newark and members of the U.S. Marshals Service’s New York-New Jersey Regional Task Force arrested a Mexican national July 17 wanted in Mexico for voluntary manslaughter.

Those included removal flights to Brazil, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico and Peru.

ERO Boston apprehended an unlawfully present Brazilian fugitive wanted by Brazilian authorities to face criminal charges for raping a vulnerable minor in his home country.

ERO New York City arrested an Irish couple July 18 with possible links to the Traveling Conmen Fraud Group. The Irish couple is wanted for 19 counts of money laundering in the United Kingdom.

ERO Cary apprehended Carlos Heriberto Mendoza-Martinez, a 31-year‐old unlawfully present and previously removed Mexican national in Durham on July 17.

ICE ERO Los Angeles officers apprehended 45 unlawfully present noncitizens who have been convicted for any felony, or misdemeanor crimes related to the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence for alcohol or drugs during a focused effort July 1 through July 12.

Deportation officers with ERO Boston’s Hartford field office arrested Irving Gustavo Escate-Huarancca July 16 in Hartford.

ERO Baltimore apprehended a Salvadoran fugitive wanted in his home country to serve a prison sentence stemming from his conviction for attempted aggravated femicide and culpable injury.
