Matthew Chase Keyes, 37, pleaded guilty in March to producing and distributing child pornography. He came to the attention of law enforcement authorities in April 2010 when the Toronto Police Service's (TPS) child exploitation section determined an individual using the online name "DREADH4SH" had made hundreds of images of child pornography available for download on a publicly available peer-to-peer file-sharing network.
Danny A. Kuhn, 51, of Arlington, Texas was arrested in April on the charge and was released on bond.
A fourth grade Dual Language Teacher at John Adams Elementary School, Justin Coleman, 35, was arrested on April 6 on charges of receiving child pornography. According to the six-count indictment, Coleman allegedly created videos in which he caused two girls – who were unaware at the time – to engage in sexually explicit conduct.
Ricardo Del Valle-Diaz, 33, of Caguas, Puerto Rico, is a school bus driver for special education students.
Brian Annoreno, 35, created a live streaming online video of himself sexually molesting an infant in 2005. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison on child exploitation charges, ending one of the most significant international child exploitation investigations in this area, ICE officials said.
A local man was sentenced on Tuesday to more than 13 years in federal prison and 15 years supervised release for receiving child pornography.
Scott Wilson was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison Tuesday in a child exploitation case investigated by U.S. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Somersworth Police Department. Wilson was arrested last year when the Somersworth Police received information that he had lured a young boy from Maine he met online for sex.
Alexis Negron-Cruz, 36, of Caguas, Puerto Rico, was arrested on Saturday by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents for alleged distribution of child pornography and sexually enticing a minor.
Darryl Owen Walizer, 43, of Las Vegas, was sentenced June 10 by U.S. District Judge Philip M. Pro to 444 months in prison and lifetime supervised release. Walizer was convicted of coercion and enticement of a minor and commission of a felony sex offense by an individual required to register as a sex offender.
In addition to the prison term, Andrew Martinez, 23, will be subject to a lifetime of supervised release following his incarceration. In addition, U.S. District Judge Oliver W. Wanger ruled that Martinez's access to minors, computers and the Internet will be restricted.
Gabriel Rios, 20, of Corpus Christi, Texas, who was convicted by a jury on multiple counts of possessing child pornography, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, the maximum prison term allowed by law after an investigation conducted by U.S. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Corpus Christi Police Department (CCPD).
Anthony R. Sherley, 41, of Mineral Wells, Texas was sentenced on Friday to 35 years in federal prison, following his guilty plea in February to one count of distributing child pornography.
Stephen Jabbour of Victoria, Texas was sentenced to 14 years and two months in prison for receiving and possessing child pornography. Jabbour's collection of over 250,000 images and videos of child pornography is believed to have been the largest such collection seized in the Southern District of Texas, and one of the largest seized in the U.S.
Richard D. Hendricks, 31, of Ashford, Conn., was arrested on a federal criminal complaint charging him with receipt, possession and distribution of child pornography.
Akeem R. Gumbs was charged on Thursday for possession and production of child pornography and with 24 local counts of aggravated first degree rape of a person under 13 years old, following an investigation by U.S. ICE's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the U.S. Virgin Islands Police Department.
Robert Wesley Harden, 22, of Ft. Pierce, Fla., was sentenced on Monday to 30 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release for production of child pornography and sexually enticing minors, following an investigation by U.S. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Martin County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
Wesley William Brandt, 46, of Davenport, Fla., pleaded guilty today in federal court to three counts of production of child pornography, following an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents in Tampa.
A federal grand jury indictment was unsealed Friday in New Haven charging Thomas E. Stickle, 39, formerly of Torrington, Conn., and Hartford, Conn., with receiving, possessing and distributing child pornography in a case investigated by U.S. ICE's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Connecticut State Police.
Richard Lee Lewis, 50, of Slaton, Texas, voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement last week on charges outlined in a related federal criminal complaint and was released on a personal recognizance bond.
Larry James Kramer is accused of distributing child pornography images on March 09, 2009 and Dec. 14-15, 2009; and possessing child pornography on Jan. 21, 2010 on a home computer and other storage devices.
In addition to the jail time, Matthew Patrick Schorr, 48, will be subject to 14 years of supervised release upon completion of his prison term.
In addition to the prison term, Stewart John Burch, 58, will be placed on 10 years of supervised release following his incarceration. Burch pleaded guilty April 4 to one count of receiving child pornography.
William George Gammon, 50, a Houston attorney, pleaded guilty May 23 before U.S. District Judge Lynn N. Hughes. He entered his guilty plea admitting that on Nov. 20, 2009 he possessed child pornography he obtained via the Internet from a child pornography website.
Peter Kingman Lindsley, 49, was charged in a three-count sealed indictment returned by a Houston grand jury on May 18. The indictment was unsealed May 25 after Lindsley was arrested by ICE HSI special agents. Lindsley had his initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate George Hanks who ordered him to be held without bond.
Joseph Schesso, 33, was living in Vancouver, Wash., when the alleged crimes occurred. He is scheduled to be arraigned June 3 at the federal courthouse in Tacoma, Wash.
