HSI Baltimore investigation lands Maryland man 10 years in federal prison for sexually abusing minor
Richard Wesley Robinson, 74, of Cambridge, received the decade-long sentence at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in Baltimore Oct. 13.
Jeremy Carson Lamb, 39, of Mesa, pleaded guilty on June 13 to one count of attempted production of child pornography.
An investigation conducted by HSI Washington, D.C. resulted in a 97-month federal prison sentence followed by 15 years of supervised release for Raymond Glover, 43, for distribution, receipt and possession of child sexual abuse material.
On Oct. 13, special agents from HSI San Juan arrested Matthew John McGlone, a 33-year-old man from the city of Carolina.
Gordon Wesley Roughton II, 42, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge M. Douglas Harpool to 17 years in federal prison without parole on Oct. 12.
On Oct. 6, special agents from HSI arrested Pedro Juan Molina-Falconi, a 34-year-old security guard from a school in Barceloneta.
James Aubrey Zachary Wasson, 38-year-old resident of Montgomery County, pleaded guilty to the charges in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

On Sept. 8, ERO Baltimore arrested an undocumented noncitizen who was convicted of sex crimes in Maryland. Deportation officers from the ERO Baltimore’s Criminal Apprehensions Program took the 31-year-old Honduran national into custody at the Maryland Division of Corrections’ Roxbury Correctional Institution in Hagerstown. He will remain in ERO custody pending his removal from the United States.
According to court documents, from February through March 28, 2023, González Montañez, recruited, enticed, harbored, transported, provided, obtained, advertised, maintained and patronized a 14-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity for profit. González Montañez also employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed and coerced the same child to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing and transmitting child sexual abuse material.
Robert Anthony Thomas, 47, of Parkersburg, received the sentence Aug. 30 at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia in Charleston. Thomas must also register as a sex offender.
According to court documents, authorities arrested Elroy Wilkerson, 60, on Nov. 17, 2022, based on allegations that he had been taking nude photos of a minor at his home in Monahans.
Pedro Escamilla Del Rosario, 44, pleaded guilty on March 27 to one count of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Wilmer Rivera-Hernandez pleaded guilty in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to interstate travel with intent to engage in a sex act with a minor.
Andrew Joel Galvan, a 27-year-old resident of Houston, was sentenced in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to 360 months for each count of producing child pornography to run concurrently, and to 120 months total for receiving and possessing child pornography.
Ja-Anthony Ledell Kennedy, 26, pleaded guilty to receiving child sexual abuse material on April 24. In addition to his prison sentence, Kennedy was ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution to his victims and will be required to register as a sex offender.
Dan McClure, a 71-year-old resident of Pearland, was sentenced in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas to serve 262 months for the receipt of child pornography and 240 months for the possession of child pornography.
Rodney Williams, 53, of Harrisonburg, received the sentence Aug. 14 at the Rockingham County Circuit Court in Harrisonburg.
