The Colombian national is currently charged in Suffolk Superior Court with felony rape; felony assault and battery of family or household member; and assault with a dangerous weapon. An immigration detainer was lodged with the Suffolk County Jail but was not honored.
Officials flew Eduardo Rocha Dos Santos, 41, a citizen of Brazil, from Massachusetts to Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where he was turned over to the proper authorities.
On April 13, Maximino Pichardo, a 37-year-old citizen of Nicaragua, was flown via an ICE Air operations charter flight from Alexandria International Airport in Alexandria, Louisiana, to Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua, Nicaragua, and transferred to local law enforcement authorities.
In September 2019, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China entered the United States as a nonimmigrant and failed to comply with the terms of his admission. He was initially encountered by ERO Boston officers while being held in custody in Rhode Island on federal securities fraud charges in October 2019.
Jaime De Jesus Gomez Hernandez, 37, was flown from Eppley Airfield Airport in Omaha, Nebraska, to Alexandria International Airport in Alexandria, Louisiana, April 12 on a flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit.
ERO Boston Fugitive Operations Team officers issued an immigration detainer for the Dominican fugitive following his arrest for unlicensed operation of a vehicle by the Springfield, Massachusetts, Police Department and after an international law enforcement background review revealed the citizen of the Dominican Republic is wanted for homicide in his home country.
A flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit brought Orlando Orellana Calix, 38, from Eppley Airfield Airport in Omaha, Nebraska, to Alexandria International Airport in Alexandria, Louisiana, April 12. On April 14, Orellana Calix was flown from Alexandria International Airport to Ramon Villeda Morales International Airport in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, where he was transferred to Honduran authorities.

Aldo Albert Velásquez Asencio, 57, was removed from the United States on March 31.
Officials flew Benito Sanchez-Jimenez, 41, from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to Alexandria International Airport in Louisiana April 5 on a flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit.
This new form gives noncitizens the option to update their information online in addition to the existing options of doing so by phone or in-person. It will enable noncitizens to comply with their immigration obligations more easily and improve the accuracy of address information reported to ICE by utilizing address autofill to ensure U.S. Postal Service standardization.
U.S. Border Patrol first arrested Milton Faber Bustamante Carvajal, 39, after he unlawfully entered the United States in San Luis, Arizona, in July 2022. After Bustamante falsely identified himself as a Mexican citizen, U.S. Border Patrol returned him to Mexico.

Noe Rosas Soto, 33, who had a final order of removal, was removed at the Stanton Street Bridge — the international port of entry in El Paso — where Mexican law enforcement authorities took him into custody.
The individual is an international fugitive wanted for aggravated homicide in Jalisco, Mexico.
The noncitizen is charged with sexual abuse in the first degree: sexual contact with individual less than 11 years old, unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, and acting in manner to injure a child less than 17. He was served with a notice to appear and is expected to remain in custody pending removal proceedings.
U.S. District Judge Kenneth D. Bell ordered Herbert Leonel Diaz, 53, a naturalized citizen of the United States who was born in El Salvador and previously resided in Henderson, to serve eight months in prison for naturalization fraud Feb. 1.
On March 16, a federal jury in Charlotte convicted Gregory Maxwell Palmer, 48, a naturalized citizen of Jamaica, of naturalization fraud. U.S. District Judge Frank D. Whitney presided over the two-day trial.
On March 23, Chief United States District Judge Richard E. Myers II sentenced Manuel Alejandro Vitela-Romero, 36, a citizen of Mexico residing in Johnston County, to time served plus one year of supervised release.
Eric Jose Martinez Lopez, 33, is wanted for murder by Honduran law enforcement authorities. Martinez has also been convicted and sentenced to four years in prison for aggravated assault in New Jersey.
Juan Carlos Nolasco Chicas, a known MS-13 gang member, was turned over to the SAFE task force Mar. 24, 2023, after being removed from the U.S. as a fugitive wanted by El Salvador law enforcement authorities for aggravated homicide.
ERO Houston, with assistance from ERO Honduras and SAFE in Honduras, removed Juan Manuel Mena Dolmo, a 35-year-old previously deported Honduran national, from the U.S. on March 22. Mena is wanted in Honduras for murder.
The 32-year-old citizen of Pakistan and permanent resident of Brazil reported to the ERO New York City field office pursuant to bond demand without incident. The noncitizen’s bond was canceled, and they were remanded into custody pending a decision from the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Officials identified the noncitizens as having been convicted of crimes such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, burglary, unlawful possession or use of a firearm, drug distribution or trafficking, or driving under the influence, or as those who were released from incarceration on parole or placed on community probation under supervision.
Deportation officers with ERO Boston removed Francisco Lopez-Lopez, a 50-year-old unlawfully present Mexican national and foreign fugitive wanted for kidnapping in Mexico on March 22.
