Adam Dziak, 46, was wanted by law enforcement authorities in his native country for money laundering, fraud, and forgery.

According to court documents, Efrain Gonzalez-Pargas, aka Efrain Gonzalez-Vargas, 39, of Zacatecas, Mexico, was encountered near Big Bend National Park on Aug. 24, 2021.

The YACMP will be managed through ICE’s Juvenile and Family Management Unit and is designed to assist young adults who age out of Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) custody, are released from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or ICE custody, or who are currently reporting to ICE's non-detained docket. Carlos Horacio Suarez Monroy, a 38-year-old Guatemalan national, was arrested by ERO’s Boston Fugitive Operations South Team near his residence in Winthrop, Massachusetts, Jan. 20.

On Jan. 28, noncitizen Salvadoran nationals Oscar Melkin Moreno Romero, 28, and Hernan Quintanilla Herrera, 44, were flown from Alexandria, Louisiana, to the Monseñor Óscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport in San Salvador, El Salvador, on a charter flight coordinated by ICE’s Air Operations Unit. Upon arrival, both fugitives were turned over to officials from El Salvador’s Civilian National Police (PNC).

Jamshid Muhtorov, 45, was removed by ERO’s Philadelphia Field Office via a commercial flight without incident. Once in Uzbekistan, ICE officers transferred him to the custody of local authorities.

The deportation officers transferred custody of Victor Ernesto Sanchez-Rueda, 51, to Mexican authorities at the San Ysidro Port of Entry, Jan. 7.

The tool allows noncitizens to schedule their required check-in appointments at ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) offices as they await immigration proceedings.

Noncitizens can now schedule their initial check-in with ICE in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole and French, using the recently announced ICE Appointment Scheduler. The ICE Appointment Scheduler is a web-based, multilingual, and smartphone compatible appointment scheduler for noncitizens. The tool allows noncitizens to schedule their required check-in appointments at ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) offices as they await immigration proceedings.

Noncitizens can create an appointment online using information found on their I-385 form, thus eliminating the need to wait on the phone or travel to an ICE office to make an appointment on a walk-in basis.

Felix-Eduardo Gomez-Hernandez, 32, a Mexican citizen, was removed at the Stanton Street Bridge in downtown El Paso. Gomez-Hernandez was considered a threat to public safety and an ICE enforcement priority due to an aggravated felony conviction for manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine.

Tomas Ruckschlos, 34, was released into the community after serving time in prison for his crimes, without notification to ICE.

ERO officers turned over Francisco Javier Duran-Torres, 37, a citizen of Mexico, to Mexican authorities at the Lincoln Juarez Port of Entry #2 in Laredo without incident.

Pedro Juan Feliz, a citizen of the Dominican Republic with a final order of removal, is wanted by law enforcement authorities in Dominican Republic for armed robbery, homicide, intent to commit homicide, and illegal possession of a firearm.

Roberto Briseno Herrera, 61, is an illegally present Mexican national who has a conviction for rape, as well as multiple convictions for weapons possession. As a previously convicted aggravated felon he is an ICE enforcement priority.

Jonas Guillen-Guillen, 24, is a citizen of El Salvador who was in the United States without authorization and is a clear threat to public safety.

Cesar Enrique Castro-Martinez was unlawfully present in the United States and considered a public safety enforcement priority for ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Beatrice Munyenyezi was sentenced to ten years in federal prison for procuring her naturalization based on false statements to immigration officers about her role in the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
