The warrants are related to ICE’s Title 8 authority over noncitizens who threaten public safety and have previously been removed from the United States.

The Honduran national crossed into the United States unlawfully Feb. 17, 2019, and was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol near Eagle Pass, Texas. Border Patrol officials issued the Honduran national a notice to appear before a Department of Justice immigration judge released him from custody.

Deportation officers from ERO Boston apprehended Rulaman Lopez-Nolasco, 42, a Mexican national near his residence in Lynn January 25. He was previously convicted in the United States of rape and prostitution,
