ICE's ERO Philadelphia arrested Gora Tourie Fall, a 34-year-old citizen of Senegal, during a targeted enforcement operation on Dec. 10, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Those included removal flights to Angola, Cameroon, Central America, Colombia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Mexico, Peoples Republic of China, and Zambia.
ICE's ERO Boston arrested Fernando Rodrigues De Lima, a Brazilian fugitive wanted in his home country to finish serving a prison sentence for aggravated robbery and other crimes.
ICE's ERO Boston arrested 43-year-old Anderson De Sousa Almedia Nov. 30. The Everett Police Department had arrested him July 6 and charged him with assault and battery on a family or household member, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery.
ICE's ERO Boston arrested Luan Lucas De Sousa Goncalves, 21, Dec. 2. De Sousa is a Brazilian national who unlawfully entered the United States July 22, 2023, and has been charged with rape and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14.
ICE's ERO Houston, with assistance from ERO El Salvador and the SAFE Task Force, removed Carlos Alfredo Montano-Velasquez, a 32-year-old unlawfully present Salvadoran national, from the United States Dec. 6. Montano-Velasquez is a documented member of the 18th Street Gang and is wanted in El Salvador for criminal conspiracy.
ICE's ERO Newark officers, with assistance from FBI Newark, arrested a total of 12 noncitizens from Chile, Colombia and Peru connected to South American theft groups.
Dennis Arnoldo Zeledon Hernandez, an unlawfully present Salvadoran noncitizen, was sentenced Dec. 4 to one year and six months in prison for obstructing an agency proceeding.

Officers from ICE's ERO Raleigh Fugitive Operations Team arrested 39-year-old Rene Arturo Canas-Rivas, a citizen and national of El Salvador, on Nov. 30.
Special Management Units include housing units for noncitizens in administrative, non-punitive segregation or disciplinary segregation at ICE detention facilities.
ICE's ERO Boston removed Adrian Patricio Huerta-Nivelo, a 25-year-old Ecuadoran national wanted for questioning following the rape of a minor, invasion of privacy and a violation of exit prohibition in his home country, on Dec. 3.
ICE's ERO Dallas Field Office arrested Ricardo Ernesto Nunez, an unlawfully present 60-year-old citizen of El Salvador, Nov. 29.
ICE's ERO arrested Salvador Castro Garcia, 46, after the Brockton District Court released him on bail Nov. 21. Castro, a Honduran national who also goes by the name Jose Luis Sanchez-Cruz, is accused of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and assault and battery.
Officers from ICE's ERO Boston arrested Christian Maximo Castaneda Negrete, 46, on Dec. 3, after the Hartford Police Department released him on bond for pending sexual assault charges.
ICE's ERO Manchester arrested Mikhail Sebastian, an Indonesian national who’s been accused of sexually assaulting a New Hampshire child, Nov. 29.
ICE's ERO Boston removed Julio Cesar Hernandez Funez, 41, to Honduras Nov. 18. Hernandez, who’s also known as Rodas and Flores Najera, unlawfully entered the United States multiple times.
Those included removal flights to Central America, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Jamaica, and Mexico.
ERO Chicago removed an unlawfully present noncitizen wanted by law enforcement authorities in Honduras for murder.
ICE's ERO Philadelphia Field Office removed Guilherme Rodrigues Silva Rocha, a citizen of Brazil with a final order of removal, to Brazil on Nov. 22. Rodrigues is a foreign fugitive wanted by law enforcement authorities in Brazil after a conviction for bodily injury performed against a woman, for reason of sexual condition.
ICE's ERO Philadelphia removed Jonathan Javier Arequipa Montesdeoca, a citizen of Ecuador with a final order of removal, to Ecuador Nov. 26. Arequipa is a foreign fugitive wanted by law enforcement authorities in Ecuador for attempted murder.
ICE's ERO Baltimore apprehended Darwin Reynadi Cruz-Rosa, 25, an unlawfully present Salvadoran noncitizen convicted of second-degree conspiracy to commit murder Nov. 25.
ERO Seattle removed Mohammad Hasan Abdellatif Albana, 41, with ties to terrorism Nov. 15, to his home country of Jordan.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement today updated its Enforcement and Removal Operations statistics page with data from the second and third quarters of fiscal year 2024. In the third quarter, ICE removed nearly 68,000 individual noncitizens — almost 1,000 more than in the second quarter. This reflects a 69% increase over removals during the third quarter in fiscal year 2023, and is more than 140% of ICE removals for all fiscal year 2023.
ICE's ERO arrested Felix Meletz Guarcas, 45, a Guatemalan national accused of sexually assaulting a child in Rhode Island.
