ICE's ERO Boston arrested Julio Esteban Batista-Castillo, 24, in Boston Nov. 18. The Roxbury District Court in Boston had arraigned him that same day on multiple assault and battery charges, kidnapping, malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering and home invasion before releasing him.

ICE ERO Buffalo arrested Christopher Alexsandro Dos Santos on Nov. 20. Dos Santos is a 28-year-old citizen and national of Brazil subject to a final order of removal. An immigration judge in Buffalo ordered him removed in absentia from the United States to Brazil on Nov. 8, 2023.
