ICE's ERO Houston, with assistance from ERO Honduras and the Security Alliance for Fugitive Enforcement in Honduras, removed Fredy Rufino Aguilar-Hernandez, a 38-year-old unlawfully present Honduran national, from the United States Oct. 25. Aguilar-Hernandez is wanted in Honduras for murder.

ERO Boston apprehended an unlawfully present 20-year-old Guatemalan noncitizen charged in Massachusetts with rape and indecent assault and battery against a minor. Officers with ERO Boston arrested Selvin Alex Galvez-Mejia Oct. 18 in Springfield.

Those included removal flights to Central America, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, India, and Mexico.

ERO Philadelphia removed Romeo Pop Sacui, a citizen of Guatemala with a final order of removal, to Guatemala Oct. 22.

ERO Boston apprehended a Colombian fugitive wanted for money laundering crimes in her native country. Officers with ERO Boston arrested the 38-year-old Colombian fugitive Oct. 17 in Worcester.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials from the agency’s two operational directorates, Enforcement and Removal Operations and Homeland Security Investigations, participated in the International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Conference and Expo in Boston from Oct. 9 to Oct. 22.

The El Paso Processing Center, owned and operated by ICE's ERO, was named the 2024 Program of the Year by the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.

ICE ERO officers in the Raleigh office initiated an investigation that led to Robert Davis, a previously naturalized United States citizen born in Malaysia, being convicted of naturalization fraud and sentenced to six months in prison.

ERO Philadelphia removed Gustavo Adolfo Rivas Munoz, a citizen of El Salvador with a final order of removal, to El Salvador Oct. 4.

ICE Chief of Staff Michael Lumpkin met with CoreCivic leaders today to discuss detained noncitizens’ needs and the agency’s unflagging commitment to maintaining the highest standards in detained noncitizen care.

Orlando Chavez, 43, a naturalized citizen of the United States born in Cuba and convicted child molester, was found guilty of naturalization fraud and using a fraudulently obtained naturalization certificate.

Officers with ERO Washington, D.C. removed William Alexander Albanez-Herrera, a documented MS-13 street ang member who was wanted by law enforcement authorities in El Salvador for terrorist organization, aggravated homicide and aggravated femicide.

On Oct. 10, ERO New York City arrested Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, an unlawfully present noncitizen and national of Venezuela, who was convicted by the New York County Supreme Court of assault in the second degree with intent to cause injury to an officer/fireman/EMT July 29 for his participation in the widely publicized gang assault on two NYPD officers in Times Square.

Officers with ERO Boston arrested Luis Esmeraldo Rodriguez Aug. 12 in Roxbury.

On Oct. 11, ERO New York City arrested a Venezuelan citizen and suspected member of the Tren de Aragua transnational criminal organization who convicted by the Queens County Criminal Court of second-degree assault: causing injury to non-participant during the commission of a felony.

Those included removal flights to Central America, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador and Mexico.

Officers with ERO Boston arrested Maynor Francisco Hernandez-Rodas Sept. 20 in Lowell.

Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston apprehended an unlawfully present Brazilian noncitizen with a record of possessing to distribute controlled substances in Edgartown.

Those included removal flights to Brazil, Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Peru. If a noncitizen arrives and has no legal basis to remain in the United States, they are processed and removed quickly, consistent with U.S. law.

ERO Philadelphia removed Marvin Andres Echeverri Ciro, a citizen of Colombia with a final order of removal, to Colombia on Sept. 16.

Officers with ERO Boston arrested Gustavo Augusto Mroczkoski Sept. 17 in Oak Bluffs.
