Julio Cesar Reyes-Rodriguez, 42, was transferred by ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers to the custody of representatives from the Mexican Attorney General’s Office at the San Ysidro port of entry. Reyes-Rodriguez is charged with murder in an arrest warrant issued in May by the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (PGJDF).

Timothy Glenn Williams, 50, of Carl Junction, Missouri, was sentenced July 12 by U.S. District Judge Marina Garcia Marmolejo to 120 months in federal prison, followed by 25 years of supervised release. He will also be ordered to register as a sex offender. Williams pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography Nov. 12, 2014.

Buyantod Thomas, 30, of Concord, was sentenced July 9 for aiding and abetting the submission of fraudulent asylum applications. The charges are the result of a multiyear probe by Document and Benefit Fraud Task Force headed by ICE's HSI.

Ryan T. Hayman, 39, of Champaign, Illinois, was indicted July 10 by a federal grand jury in Springfield. The indictment alleges that in March Hayman distributed images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. The indictment further alleges that in June Hayman possessed images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Following his prison sentence, Kevin Dale Harlow, 55, of Thornton, Colorado, was also ordered to serve 10 years on supervised release and register as a sex offender. Harlow, a member of a Lutheran Church leading a 6th grade boys’ confirmation class, possessed 3,257 unique child pornography images and 316 unique child pornography videos.

Devon Cole Reed, 27, of Fargo, was sentenced July 9 before U. S. District Judge Ralph R. Erickson to 16 years in prison, to be followed by a lifetime of supervised release. Reed was sentenced on two counts of receiving and distributing child pornography, and three counts of possessing child pornography. Judge Erickson also sentenced Reed to pay $3,000 in restitution to the victims.

Kenneth Howell, 49, was indicted on one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. He was arrested and charged in a criminal complaint in May 2015.

Almaz Nezirovic, 54, formerly of Roanoke, Virginia, was extradited July 1 to Bosnia, where he is accused of perpetrating torture and inhumane treatment against Serbian civilians detained at the Rabic Prison Camp in Derventa Municipality. He was charged in Bosnia with committing war crimes against civilians between April and July 1992 during the Bosnian War.

According to Salvadoran police reports, on May 19, 2011, Jose Genaro Mendez Mendez and his MS-13 associates allegedly threatened to kill a man if he failed to pay $4,000 in U.S. currency. Mendez Mendez allegedly collected $1,500 in U.S. currency and immediately fled the scene with his associates.
