Daniel Cox, 45, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania on July 21, 2010 to one count of conspiracy to distribute and receive child pornography. Montgomery County Police Officer Delores Culmer, 37, of Silver Spring, Md., was charged by criminal complaint on Wednesday with conspiracy to distribute cocaine, and fraud in connection with computer use.
